JE will likely either retire/be forced out in the next decade I would imagine

And she’s 6 years older than Elliot - he’s 57 JE will coach here until he doesn’t want to anymore or starts to be uncompetitive. 3 titles will give you a lot of grace. No doubt the new court at the new arena will be named for him Edited Sunday at 10:45 PM3 days by Js1

Monday at 12:10 AM3 days aggy finally wins a title that they appear to have actually earned. Once in a lifetime is ok with me.

Fall sports put us in a hole, but our spring sports are a lot better than our fall sports.

I was just referring to the last time we played aggy in each sport, regardless of the date. I don't track the more minor non-revenue sports except to see where we are nationally in the Director's Cup standings.

Then baseball and basketball kind of matter. Maybe a baseball and basketball sweep could help make up for a football loss.
Monday at 04:44 AM3 days Impressive run to the title for the Ags. I don’t like it, but you can’t say it’s not deserved. Let’s make sure we get another one soon.

Exactly how I feel about it Do I like it? No Do I care? No Did they deserve it? Hell yeah, they went through the prohibitive season-long favorite (on the road), against the likely NPOY and then against a team that kicked their ass during the regular season. Good for them Now go finish our work in the portal and get ready for 2026. Where Texas should be a favorite to win it all.

Haven't even sniffed the Elite 8 in the past 25 years, then take down the prohibitive favorite and overall 1 seed at their place, another #1 seed w/ the POY at their 5th straight Final 4, then a 3rd #1 seed w/ a recent NC in their pocket. As an aggy hater, I definitely hate it so much, but props to Morrison and his squad for nutting up and believing they could pull that off, then executing it. They've been ass for years and that dude got them to a title in 3 years. I can't find another program that has come so far in such a short period of time. Even w/ Kentucky's title in 2020, they had been to an Elite 8 in 2017 and had been a VERY good program for years, they just couldn't get over the hump in the tournament.
Monday at 05:46 PM2 days Author In the way that getting embarrassed by aggy in the SEC tournament propelled Texas softball to a title, losing to Texas in the SEC tournament propelled aggy to a title in volleyball. Losing to your rival sometimes gives you a little extra oomph.

Tuesday at 12:09 AM2 days Not sure what that has to do w/ my post, or what my post has to do w/ Texas, but ok?
Tuesday at 04:56 AM2 days funny all the aggy coming out of the woodwork pretending they always cared about vb Listened to the texags podcast from this morning for the miami tears and looch said they were the first team to beat 3 #1 seeds in the tournament 🙄 Good for them I suppose but let's get back to the final 4 in San Antonio next year Edited Tuesday at 05:01 AM2 days by WBT
