An alleged doctor involved with OSU medical stuff said it is “an inverted low ankle sprain, will take anywhere between a few days to a few weeks before he’s back out there”.

I know various doctors and perhaps even a nurse could tell us what “inverted low ankle sprain” means.

Pretty sure that's a high ankle non-sprain

As a former Texas player once said according to Surly legend: "They don't fit."

Oh Come On Jim Carrey GIF

This is getting ri-fricking-diculous now.

Nahlin is a proven idiot and this is just reinforcements for the fight in that argument. This roster is loaded up and down. Jaggy McJaggerson isn’t cracking the top 70, folks.

This is also getting hilarious. The build up on this guy is trending past absurd and straight into plaid.

I'll wait and see if he actually translates it to the field, but unless I'm mistaken, didn't you think Ladd McConkey was jaggy as well? He got drafted 34th despite being a walking injury

Not that our jaggy is necessarily as good as that jaggy

At some point, I’m sure I did. My view about his college game evolved but doubted it again for the NFL. Outside of being white WRs, are you also comparing their skill sets as similar?

If he can be something halfway between Alec Pierce and Jordy Nelson, we're cooking with mayonnaise

Bro, you don't recognize the sick toe tap? Even got both feet in, he's ready for the NFL!

I think he won't get a ton of targets, but will have decent numbers because he and Wingo are the only 2 who can hit vertical at an above average level and also have height. He'll have his niche if he can prove he can get open deep and catch them when it counts. Something like 2  receptions for 65 yds and a TD type numbers.

You misspelled 12 receptions for 265 yds and 5 TDs

I think if I had to compare him to Texas receivers, he's a mix of Cotton Speyer, Brent Duhon, Bill Boy Bryant, and the Shipley brothers.

Air quality index hit 184 where I am yesterday -- had to stay inside and read Surly. Watched the video of Jaggy McJacksonJr's sick catch. Looked at the AQI and noticed it had gone down. Rewatched the video. Noticed the AQI had dropped again. Watched it a couple more times and AQI went all the way down to 121.

Got skeered the air might improve so much we'd all get oxygen poisoning, so I quickly closed Surly and went upstairs to hide under the bed.

He reminds me of Craig Biggio

Those who’ve seen him say he’s a combination of Crazy Legs Hirsch, Don Hutson and Randy Moss. Straight cash, homie.

I may not be the only one, but when I've seen practice footage of Parker Livingstone, I swear I'm watching Vai Sikahema in a Longhorn uniform.

Canadian wild fires.

Damn Canadians burning forests.  I'm in Minneapolis right now and it's hazy.

Second-worst wildfire season in Canadian history, apparently. Chicago had the worst AQI among major world cities yesterday until Kinshasa passed it sometime in the afternoon, but Chicago was 15 points or so better on the scale than much of Wisconsin.

It's more than noticeable. My throat's scratchy and most of the time the air smells like a campfire that's been doused. A shame, because it's otherwise cloudless and 68 outside today.  But now we are in the month of Livingstone's first collegiate touchdown, so things can't be so bad, right? 😁

I've been in Chicago all week. Smelled like a campfire yesterday. Not that the Lollapalooza crowds will notice with all the other smoke they're inhaling.

My vote, on the Livingstone bet, is that  after he passes the 750 yard mark for the season (or whatever the ctj bet was), that he must show up to the next game's tailgate in a cutoff shirt that looks something like this:

Maybe we've moved beyond all the historical rat poison media hype with Sark, but holy shit I've never seen so much Kool Aid flowing. Especially when they haven't even practiced in pads and started hitting yet. How the hell can you judge anything about the offensive or defensive lines right now?

If you want to add terms to the bet, you need to offer up some consideration for those terms.

I've got $100 on white chocolate to make 750 yds in one season at some point in his Texas career. I don't really care about the t-shirt thing, but maybe CTJ will be happy to take your money too.

Wow that’s awesome. Will he be on the team next year? I’ll b sure to watch for him.

He was a senior this year, 2nd team all American. Not sure if he's staying for a grad year or not. His younger brother though is going to be a sophomore I think. And a cousin is on the team too (the cousin's dad was my club team coach in Houston about 10 years ago). Those 3 have been throwing a disc and spending time at tournaments since they could walk.

The only difference is instead of punching goalposts, Livingstone will be punching CTJ in the nuts this fall.

Via Sikahema was of Pacific Islander descent and was truly force in the return game. The only similarities between that dude and Jaggy are they’re not black and played WR.

I'm bookmarking this post when Parker Livingstone returns his first punt for a TD.

And it's very presumptuous of you to assume that Parker Livingstone is 0% black.

If that dude is returning punts or kicks, our season has careened sideways in a manner that will see this site burned to the ground and many posters with it.

Game watching with CTJ is going to be so much fucking fun this year, no matter what happens. I think he’s convinced himself that Livingstone isn’t in the top 4 WR rotation and that it’s all some coaching ploy to motivate Aaron Butler.

I agree with this. When everything starts to slide towards irrevocable chaos around here, I show up and restore order.

Anybody know if the CoOp is selling Livingstone 13 jerseys yet?
