Southlake had every opportunity to get in the endzone on that last drive and couldn't do it. 

In less exciting news, Duncanville ran away with it in the 4th and beat Allen 31-9.

What happened to Trinity? I don't here much from them anymore.

Southlake might want to take a page out of the South Dallas County schools playbook and schedule harder non-district games. They didn't play a competitive game all regular season. Never saw anything close to DeSoto.

Duncanville, DeSoto, and SOC all back in state title games, play insane schedules every year. May end up with a regular season loss or two (or 3 this year in DeSoto's case) but it pays off in the end.
