It’s a name the score kind of game for TWCP Senior Night. 49-0 at half against an outmatched Cleveland team. I’m not sure if Cleveland has won a game in five years, at least not against any 6A opponent

I feel sorry for them. They may have 100 people in their stands and half of those look like smaller siblings.

Knew Richland’s D was suspect when they gave up 40 to Granbury last week. Aledo has 511 yards of offense at half and is up 51-7.

Another district championship. Streak will carry on to next year.

21-10 Allen after a quick half of football.

One kid for Prosper is named Dallas Boozer.  I was thinking, I know several of those.

The size of the Allen band and drill team never ceases to amaze.  They look like a damn armored division walking in there.

Our incoming committed punter just had a big 17-yard punt for Prosper.

Just shanked another one real bad. 15 yard punt.

Also the go ahead Prosper TD came on a blatant double forward pass trick play that wasn’t caught by the refs.

That is a tough day for our guy.  Two horrific punts, then missed a xpt, then missed a fg as time runs out.

   And they lose by 1

Current standings are a bit jumbled on MaxPro.  Looks like to me, if Rock Hill makes PO's along with Princeton, then yeah, Allen & Prosper could meet again in Region Finals.  If Plano High or Plano West get in, it's gonna make Prosper be D-II.
Allen( 6947)   5-0
Prosper( 3450) 5-0
Princeton( 2379) 3-2
Plano( 4493) 4-3
Rock Hill (2373) 3-3
Plano West (5337) 3-3
McKinney( 2807) 2-4
Plano East( 5346) 1-5
McKinney Boyd( 2553) 0-6

The standings coming out of the 15-6A should be set for the most part after this week in regards to the top three making the playoffs.

I believe Collins is the largest followed by Tomball and then Magnolia.  Who the fourth school is going to be interesting as we could see Tomball and Magnolia end up in the "small" 6A bracket.

Beeville vs La Vernia fight.  Beeville is coached by daddy Bomar

Video towards middle of screen

One of my friend’s kids played Beeville earlier this year and he said it was cheap shots and crap all game and the coach did nothing about it.  Unrelated to the fact that kid tried shouldn’t try to smash the other one’s face with a helmet.

13-7 Lt leads at half.
Lt running back is great, rest of offense not so much

Lt d line dominating, not sure if westlake has a run over 3 yards. Finally forced to pass at end of half and went straight down the field.

Sorry if i"m late, but is the game available to watch anywhere?

Drew Brees number retired at Westlake

he was a BEAST in hs, saw him twice. How UT and every other big program pass on him is beyond me

Here's some of what Drew Brees had to say Friday night as he gets his jersey retired tonight."I love Austin, Texas. And I love our Westlake Chaparrals."The Westlake alum speaks on what this community means to him⤵️

Was at Westlake v LT, couple of turnovers in the first half kept it close, LT whipped Westlake on both sides handedly. Took out a lot of frustration tonight, hasn’t won since something like 2019.

Carter buck was a gamer but the whole LT DL owned westlake - Westlake OL resembled the horns tonight it was tough.

LT d line dominated. Never got a run game going, sacked on half the dropbacks.

DE for LT Carter Buck who is committed to TCU should get a look from the Texas coaches.

Is he white?

Big miss by DCTF picking Cain to win that district. They’re 3-5 on the year and we whooped them back in week 2.

Saw a blurb online about this being a great rivalry, possibly the best in TExas, which I disagree.  How the fuck can it be so great when Nederland is never worth a shit?

District 23-6A looks pretty well set even with a couple of really good games remaining.

As of today:

North Shore 5-0 in district (Div I) last two games against Summer Creek and C.E. King

C.E. King 5-0 in district (Div II) still to play North Shore and struggling Channelview

Summer Creek 4-1 in district (Div I) still have a game against North Shore and one they should win against Kingwood

Atascocita 2-3 in district (Div I) remaining games against bottom of the district

North Shore vs C.E. King will be a great one.  King's coach was the O-line / S&C coach at North Shore prior.  King is going to be a problem in Div II.

How does that Lopez kid look at RB for you guys? You was a legend in the San Marcos middle school football scene before he was recruited  happened to move to Westlake for HS. Was thinking of putting him on my Helo homie watchlist next year.

I know there at least a few other Strake Jesuit grads here that might be interested.  They've quietly won 5 straight after starting out 1-2.  4-0 in District (1st).

RB John Hebert (UH commit) is somehow continuing his dominance. He was #2 in the NATION last year in Rushing yards with 3,542

210 car, 2166 yds 10.3ypc, 270.3 yd/game 26 TD's.

Which Duncam is the father of the other DE for Lake Travis?

Not very many high school d-lines go 6'5" and 6'6" at de and can play a bit.

He's Duane's youngest son.

My kid is on the JV team and they lost to LT 21-0. LT's JV team has a defensive end that was unblockable by the name of Brian Orakapo. I asked my buddy how he was not on varsity and he said because the ones on varsity are way better. He was right.

Wow- is he related to Brian Orakpo?
