Gruden is milking the shit out of that Super Bowl from 2002 season. Completely outclassed by McVey after adjustments were made. Not sure what Oakland thought he was going to do for them.

Also, the hype on Carr has worn off since his breakout season in 2016. Has not looked right since that season ending injury. Raiders were supposed to be on top of the AFC for years to come according to many. Now they are spiraling downwards. They might finish last in the West.
