Hurricane Florence Early Games 10/13, cancelled games 10/15

Featured Replies

Just like yesterday, we have some odd start times thanks to Hurricane Florence:

Old Dominion at Charlotte: 3:00 PM (ESPN 3) Already a thread in existence

Boston College at Wake Forest: 4:30 PM (ESPN)

Six games are cancelled for Saturday, including three with top 25 teams.

This is the game thread...well not for the cancelled ones.

The six cancelled games:

ECU at #13 Virginia Tech

# 14 WVU at NC State

#18 UCF at UNC

So. Miss at Appy State

Norfolk State at Liberty

Marshall at South Carolina

I'm actually looking forward to watching BC at Wake. I have a few friends who played at Wake, two of them won ACC titles, albeit about 40 years apart. I like BC's running backs.

Both teams are 2-0, so not a bad midday Thursday game.  Beats working.

Will WVU & NC State be rescheduled..?

This Wake/BC is a good ballgame.  Very nice for a Thursday afternoon.  The stupid ass announcers were trying to compare BC's RB to Earl Campbell.  I almost turned it off.

I like Dillon running the ball but the plays they call for him are straight out of high school. It's the same thing, over and over. I don't know why they won't let Bailey run.

Wake goes for it on 4th and 2 at the BC 8 and throws a sort of fade and it falls incomplete. Beautiful pass.

Wake has run 102 plays on offense, 43 passes and 59 runs.

BC has run 66 plays on offense.

2 minutes to play.

So BC beats WF, what does that say about the mighty SEC agroids?

Edit-n/m, forgot about Rumlin on death row, players checked out..yadda yadda..blah.

In the only night game involving FBS teams, Utah State is beating FCS Tennessee Tech 45-6 at the half. Not on any national TV as far as I can tell.

I found no bootleg links :(

pisses me off

BC has a really nice passing attack with a strong arm QB .  A good cover going forward. BTW, is thread title confused with dates?

Nope, just the idiot OP.

Talk of how playing video games aren't as fun as playin' smashmouth football:
