  • The reason I didn’t go to Dublin was because my home town was having its 125th. My dad drove this IH 1206 on our farm float, with his glass of Black Velvet riding on the fender. Didn’t spill a drop

yes. I should have said defensive backs.

Anyway I agree. Could be a long season for them defending the pass.

This is not a 43 yard field goal, Dusty.

Or did Pasch say that?

Technically they'd be better off not getting the touchdown there. Just run out the clock. If you give the ball back to KSU they have a chance at an onside kick.

Just to be clear, I don't think it matters. Avery Johnson is their quarterback. They're not getting two scores in this amount of time.

Why did Iowa State line up there where the ol could possibly false start when they were obviously going to run it to the 2 minute warning?  Just stay in the huddle.

Worst thing they could do is score. If they don't take a knee here, Campbell should be fired. Even if they win.

Yeah, it was really sloppy early when it was a downpour, but I think these teams are ranked about right.

Hell of a game Kenny.  Good luck down the stretch

That was a pretty fun game to watch, good way to ease into the season.

BOOM!  I'm 1-0 for the year.  Cyclones might be starting to assert some dominance of their rivals.  3 in a row.

Klieman's multiple boneheaded decisions to go for it on 4th may well be the difference in this game's outcome. Not a given it would have changed the outcome, but if he's this boneheaded all season, it doesn't bode well for Ks. St. in close games.

He’s overrated.  Dumb decisions galore against Texas

Early rain, big game, first game sloppiness. 2 of 3 are for sure a part of Texas game next week. Certain aspects of Surly are gonna lose their mind when it does. It will, like this game, settle somewhere late 1st early 2nd quarter and will look very different. Defense always in better than offense in 1st games early.
