Clemson is going to win the ACC again and get blown out in the first playoff game.

It really doesn't. This is about how Clemson looked all year last year. They got shellacked by Georgia. They lost to Louisville and SCAR at home. They beat VaTech by 10. They beat Pitt by 4. They beat an atrocious FSU team by 16. Miami let them back-door into the ACCCG where they edged SMU and then they looked okay against Texas.

My memory is fucked. The last good memory I have is them winning the CCG in exciting fashion, but I didn't put too much thought into it. I assumed they were really good and we beat up on a good team. Regardless, they made the CFP. Not that it matters in the end when they got pushed around until the second half and then Quinn pulled his britches up threw the long ball to Blue to seal it.

GA Tech always has a few games every season where they look All-World. Then somehow still end up winning only 6-7  games. Their offense is doing whatever they want

I won’t be surprised if Wisconsin never wins 10 games again. In history. That is a dead relevant program.

When Indiana and Illinois can become playoff contenders, no one is permanently dead. All it takes is the right coach and money to buy a team.

I've always really liked GT, and they are one of the few Clemson rivals that I respect while still wanting to beat. I root for them when not playing Clemson. Complete opposite of UGA, Scar, NCSU etc.

Does Texas have a gentleman rival like that? I'm a t-shirt Texas fan and I can't think of one

This won’t be a popular take in these parts, but if Texas doesn’t show marked improvement in the next few weeks, OU might be more of a problem than we were anticipating before the season started

Yep, it appears that the ball switched hands before the WR secured it

Seriously, every conference needs to adopt this transparency.

First time I’ve seen this. Very cool….

Agree

I like listening in on the officials' dialogue

Love what the ACC is doing this year with the transparency on the broadcast. Total opposite of those dipshits in the B12 that can't tie their own shoes.

For a tiny second there I was like “are we supposed to see this?” But then I realized what they were doing and that’s pretty awesome. Hope to see this as a standard now. It is a literal game changer

Not gonna lie

Watching other teams score in the red zone with creative play calls and traps makes me ragey

I don't think so. The closest to what you're describing might be Rice, but they're not exactly a competitive rival, especially one that Texas plays annually.

It instantly turns dead spots in the game into something interesting. NFL would never do it as it would cut in on commercials and they might actually like the controversy.

No, we don't have a "gentleman rival". Fuck 'em all
