Josh Hoover was smart to not transfer to Tennessee. He would have gotten exposed in the SEC

No shit. I don’t think that’s what he’s suggesting. NCAA won’t do shit about it though

Steelers Iowa picks off the Eagles Oregon in the end zone.  2-0 Oregon, I missed the safety.

It was comical. Bad snap sent the ball to the two. Iowa's QB batted it into the end zone, then tried but missed kicking it out of the back end. Then, as Oregon players were diving onto it, he successfully kicked it out. Of course, refs correctly called it a safety.

Maybe, OR maybe the Vols offensive line would have been better than the TCU offensive line which has been total dogshit all season long.

Not saying he would have been great, btu no run game, continued pressure up the middle and no fucking idea why they have kept Ricker.

that was a facemask or at worse it was holding or hands to the face.  something.

A&M is clearly better.  We’ll see if Missouri home crowd can even it up some

the home crowd at mizzou is really quiet for a major team

Holy shit at picking up the flag for hands to the face on the aggy blocker.  What the actual fuck.

Shocked that as soon as Freeze is fired, Auburn puts in the transfer kid from Stanford, who is probably a hell of a lot better than Jackson Arnold.

Aggy offense is dicing up Mizzou now.  Tons of speed from their skill players.

And different rules for DBs on the two teams.

Missouri is not a major team

Yep.

Announcer said the DB can’t let WR get to the inside.  Did he not see the WR push off the DB before making his inside cut?

Ahhh, provincialism.

Our dead Chocolate Lab could throw better than Jackson Arnold.

I am trying so hard to get through the day because I know football season will be over before we know it, but outside of like maaaaaybe five games for generosity sake, today has been meh.

11AM:

Tech/BYU - kind of boring

IU/LSU - epic ending

2:30PM:

Aggy/Mizzou - so far hard to watch

Oregon/Iowa - safety, and that's it

6:45PM

Bama/LSU - Meh. Bama should throttle

Tough 20 yard TD run for Oregon.  Iowa was a trendy pick in this game but I don't see how they keep up.  Their d2 qb has been a disaster all year.

Edited by WBT

Why is this Oregon TD being reviewed?  He put his right fist down, that's not down.

Oregon scores, will probably go for 2.

Too many of these HCs are basically high school gym teaches who hit the PowerBall. They also first have to go with the guy making the most NIL $$$.

Well yeah...spending all of his donors' NIL money on Jackson fucking Arnold is probably the #1 reason Freeze finds himself unemployed.

Rice has gotten a hand on both UAB punts today, 24-17 owls with 13 minutes left in the 4th

(There may have been more people at the White Sox-A's game I went to in Oakland last year)

Every Iowa first down is a colossal achievement

My favorite comment about that game was something along the lines of could Oregon deal with the Midwest weather. Granted, they don't practice outside much, but I have been in the PNW and seen 40's and pouring rain in the summer.

Oh shit, Iowa hit a pass downfield
