November 30Nov 30 Why isnt there NCAA refs that are standardized across the board?Because the conferences don’t want to give up their power to an increasingly weak governing body
November 30Nov 30 Author Helluva catch by the Bear WR for 6. Edited November 30Nov 30 by shadow_operative2.0 No, I was right.

November 30Nov 30 Yikes, Rice lost 52-3 to South Florida. The War Owls come up one win short of a bowl this year.

November 30Nov 30 If Duke beats hoos next week the ACC loses their spot. That’s really the only miracle scenario for Texas. Narrator: Duke can’t beat uva

November 30Nov 30 You are shitty me. Duke as a shot at making the CFP, I would hope that JMU and Tulane would be ranked ahead of a 8-5 Duke ACC champion. I don't give a fuck how many losses Miami has, they finished 5th in a conference where 8-5 Duke could be their champion. That's not a CFP team.
November 30Nov 30 Coleman is just a non-factor tonight so far. Not to mention Singleton has sucked, and the rest of the WR corps can't catch, either.

It would likely mean that Tulane and JMU would make the playoffs. It's the top 5 conference champions no matter where they come from, the dumbasses that set up the format never considered a P4 conference would ever have a 5 loss champion.

November 30Nov 30 If Duke does...? SMU just put a TD on the board. They aren't dead yet Jim. Cal 24 Ponies 14 still in the 3rd quarter.

Didn't Colorado have 4 losses when we beat them in the '05 CCG? If they'd pulled the upset in this current format, they'd be in. I'm sure there are plenty of other examples. And rather than deal with their selection criteria, they're just gonna expand it to 16. And the first round will have several unwatchable games. Ohio State vs Tulane and Georgia vs JMU, sweet, said no one ever.

I think a Top 4 team should get an easy 1st round game, it adds importance to actually having a good regular season. .500 teams make the NFL playoffs in shitty divisions it's pretty much the same. Fuck, that shitty .500 team even gets to host a playoff game.
