For clarity

How in the hell did they lose to Columbia in Cancun and then turn around and beat KSU? Did they go out partying in Cancun before the game?

UConn had no issues with Iowa today. A mismatch

So far, everyone is a mismatch for UConn

Welcome to the frozen tundra of Brookings, South Dakota. Let's get out of there without a loss, a rolled ankle or frostbite.

A point would be a nice start ..

Not a great start for either team offensively. But no way can the hosts hang with our pressure. They don't have the quickness or depth to do so.

Wife did her undergrad at South Dakota State.  We’re watching the game in separate rooms.  The Jacks like to run, but expecting a more deliberate game from them today as running with us would be suicidal.

Loudly cheering for the Horns could be suicidal, too …

I've never seen Booker this lost on offense. And Oldacre's not playing smart D. Just a sloppy effort against a pesky team.

Would be cool if we could make wide open 3s like they do

Very poor to allow that open 3 after the guard got stuck in the lane.

That’s twice Booker got caught leaving the 3-point shooter uncontested.

2/3 of the way there to getting back to full strength

33-24 at half

Vic's about to peel the paint off the locker room walls.

That’s two end of quarter buckets allowed.

posts need to understand that the wing defenders are going to collapse and double them, and not be dribbling in place for too long.

Also, SDSU is undefeated in their gym this year. If we can get out of there with a W and no new injuries, that's all I'm asking for.

Booker needs to quit looking to score, and fill the sheet in other ways.

Meyer is great at generating fouls from initiating contact.

Sidberry's been about as inert as an ingredient can get.

Someone needed to veto that green dress on the Texas bench. My lord

Certainly had his reasons.

What happened with Carlton? We just started finally getting people back, hope it’s nothing serious.

Late in the fourth one of the announcers said Justice had an upper-body injury and wasn’t expected to be out long.

Preston – 9 minutes, four for four from the field, 9 points, and 4 assists. Got to the rim at will.

She looks jet-propelled and confident out there. Probably some extra juice after being out, but a really strong showing on the road.

in other news, to day USC and Cal are offensively challenged is putting it mildly. They could play for a week and neither hit 100. Jazzy Davidson's the only scorer on the floor.

If you missed it yesterday, Tech (blegh) beat Baylor.  Baylor is finding life without Taliah Scott may be rough.  But it was a close game.

We did drop to #3 in NET, behind UConn and South Carolina.

There's only 4 teams in the country with 14 wins, and all of them also have 0 losses - #3 Texas, #22 Texas Tech, #26 Alabama, #42 Arizona State
