There's also no guarantee she will be anything more than depth or a practice body, depending on how long it takes her to pick up Staley's system, her conditioning, balancing school and ball, etc. Most schools who do this specifically target midseason (between semesters) - you can't enroll a foreign player in like, February. Monday at 09:52 PM2 days Author She's part of the top league in French basketball, so the learning curve might not be too steep, but the biggest question is of course, acclimating to your new coach's system. Vic could never, because there's no way someone coming in midseason would meet his conditioning requirements or understand his defensive system. Her mom played at CU and in the WNBA (Cleveland Rockers) when the league started. This is probably for more late-season depth than an immediate impact. Dauda and Tac got recruited over.
