September 2Sep 2 werd i posted in another thread, early in the game he single-handedly stopped a jort drive making 2 plays in a row, only to have the 3rd down go bust on a flag baller
September 2Sep 2 I also want Littleton returning punts. Niblett might not have had much room to operate against OSU, but he gave up a ton of extra punt yardage by not at least catching the ball. Let's get that part squared away before more real games arrive. Edited September 2Sep 2 by Gut Wagon

Probably need to swap Littleton and Jaylon G and see if he handles that corner spot as well as he handled nickel this game.

September 2Sep 2 Does he know not to return kickoffs from 8 yards in the end zone? If so, sign him up for KR too.

September 2Sep 2 I don't often say this about a defensive back, but he moves differently out there. Incredibly fluid with great makeup speed and length. The sky is the limit for this kid. He might find himself in the Thorpe conversation in a year or two.
September 2Sep 2 agreed...he had a really nice game out there. cb was my biggest concern along with replacing 5/6 across the front oline/te...particularly with how poorly muhammad played down the stretch last year but the dbs really acquitted themselves pretty well in columbus. excited to see what littleton and kade phillips do over their time here. hopefully kobe black and muhammad can play well enough to hold their spots but if not, excited about the two fish.

But we were dependent on the health of Eric Metcalf, Nate Vasher and Johnnie Johnson to a far greater degree, and they all were game-changing PRs for us. I think Littleton can be, too. Against these tough defenses we need to make something positive out of every chance, and I believe he has a way higher ceiling there than Niblett does. Your mileage of course may vary.
September 3Sep 3 Niblett was awful back there. Refused to field punts. Like he was scared to catch it.
September 3Sep 3 With how much SJSU throws the ball, Littleton might get his first pick on Saturday. Excited for this dude's future.
