School me, if you please.  I haven't really got into diggin' into all the specifics, so I have a couple of questions in the meantime.  I've barely scratched the surface.  Is there some particular specific feature that you just live without?  How do they really work?  Are they phone specific?  Per say, this one works with an iPhone, or this is better for the droid.  Is there a favored brand?  I don't need 150 languages, just Español.  For the record, I use a Samsung 14 (hey don't judge!).  Who has the experience?  I'll hang up and listen.  Gracias!

I'll walk around and do it for you for a nice fee.  I think as you can see from above I have the skills.

Apple debuted these today.  The mic sends it to an iPhone.  AI translates it and sends it back to the AirPods.

The active nose cancellation also reduces the speaker's voice level so you hear the translation better.  I found that detail pretty cool.  And when you speak you show the other person your phone screen and it translates what you're saying I to their language.

this thread is about airbuds, not vibrators.

curious if anyone has tried the Apple live translation yet. I saw the feature pop up the first time I paired my airpods with my phone after updating to iOS 26 but haven't had the chance to try it yet
