September 8Sep 8 Supertramp founder/co-lead singer. Not gonna lie, huge Supertramp fan. Tough to pin them down, they kind of straddled a line between prog/art rock/pop. Just made some damn good music. Not a rock-star voice, but I always enjoyed his songs more than Roger Hodgson's, maybe due to the piano/keyboard, Rick's songs just seemed a little more down to earth (not as preachy, maybe?). Someone else can post the biggies, Goodbye Stranger, Bloody Well Right. I'm gonna post of my personal favorite deeper cuts. Rest in peace sir Starting out with maybe my favorite song of Rick's.. then again it could be this another day, it might be this one all the falsetto vocals on Supertramp songs, that's Rick too
September 8Sep 8 Love me some Supertramp. My music geek fans can't understand why I don't like ELO, they see them as similar bands. Supertramp's records sounded SO damn good.
