At aggy for one game at their round robin tournament and some decent teams at Mary nutter.

FSU and Nebraska at Clearwater, Team Japan at Nutter, a midweek at FSU before UCF (we did that our last year in the Big 12 too) But yeah, not super challenging at all. I’m sure they didn’t even offer to host us for a return trip

Patty talks kid into skipping her senior year of high school because Patty didn't expect Landry to be so good. Kid makes huge sacrifice for the program and Patty buries her on the bench. Should be a cautionary tale for future recruits.

We open 6 Feb at the UTSA Invitational (UW, Nebraska). Great tournament. Their site does not yet have info on tickets or '26 sched. GA season tickets are only $65 if you are thinking of driving down. May be worth it if attending all games. Singles may be limited due to stadium size. Checking other schedules: UH Fri, 27 Feb (DH) Their sched shows they are playing UIW @ McCombs Sat, 28 Feb, seems like we may be hosting a tournament @ Texas St, Wed, Mar 25 Baylor, Fri, Mar 20 @Baylor Sat, Mar 21 LSU, Florida, and aggy have posted their complete '26 sched. As the norm, we screw around to the last minute. I don't fall for "waiting on contracts to be signed".

December 17Dec 17 Author Curious if Texas can appeal the one year sit out rule with the SEC office - she didn't play a single inning in 2025, regular season or fall ball, so why punish her and make her sit out 2026 too? She'd start her athletic freshman year in 2026 fall ball / 2027 regular season and finish 4 years of eligibility after the 2030 season. She'll be like 24/25 when she is a senior. Saturday at 04:18 AM5 days Show me a loss! We play @ UTSA before our first home opener in Austin, so it would be odd for us to present Mac with her ring before the rest of the team gets presented theirs. I wonder what they decide to do

Our best non-conf games (Nebraska, UW, Arizona, Stanford) are all away from home. Though Nebraska and UW are just a short trip down 35. Granted, our fans get to see aggy, OU, arky, which is good And our trip to Lexington is good, solely so we have some experience in the ballpark for the SEC tournament being hosted by UK this year
