Worst travel question ever I know!

But if I can find a way to occupy myself for a few hours in Brenham while my wife visits a facility, I can save her a two hour drive back to Austin, and I get a jump start on heading to Port A. The dog is a complicating factor.

Any thoughts?

Lots of folks walk their dogs at Hohlt Park on the north side of Brenham.  Jackson Street park near Blinn has some nice open spaces.  I don't know of any specific dog parks.  There are some state parks on the south side of Lake Somerville, about 15 minutes north.  That's all I can think of.

Spend the time training your dog to kill your enemies.  Four hours won't do it, but repetition is key, and it'll give you a good start.

4 hours doesn't look like a long enough time for them to smoke your dog, but okay

Ok, it seems like you're skipping over the interesting part.

Peanut butter, tinted windows… it is College Station so no one should bother you… 😀

OK dickheads.  I KNEW it was a risk to ask.  But damn it a little search thinking about a meet in Katy, made me come across this place. Looks like the legit country store with a cajun flair, and closed Monday and tuesday to give their staff a life.  I like little places that do that for their staff( often family).  But damn- this place will kill you... or perhaps me... but lots of temptation to be sure.

Repkas of Northern Brookshire

PS- just saw in the drink section, "Setups - $3.50..."  I may be in love...

If you do this, please post review and pics. It’s almost an hour from me, but based on the menu, I’d do it.

I know crazy menu right?  "Sponsored by the Coronary Surgeons Association..."  Right now it's number one on the list.  I thought about buying a sampling off the a la carte menu, just to try a bunch of stuff.
