October 13Oct 13 I'm not sure which is worse: Acting like low 90s in a building with unlimited water and shade is the 7th level of Hell. or Being such a shitty coach that you have to deflect by acting like one missed call is why you got shut out in the second half and lost by 17. But by all means, carry on, you babyback bitches. This is awesome.
October 13Oct 13 At first I also thought it was weak of Casey to be complaining about the heat a year out from college, but then I remembered that he played till he was 70.

They could legitimately finish 1-5 or something with how bad their run game is I wouldnt say non-competitive. I mean, he has score a TD in one of the four games in Dallas.
October 13Oct 13 16 hours ago, BillyGoatHill said: He wasn't going to score. They (3 defenders) had angle plus coming from behind. Risk a fumble or worse, an injury (maybe a horse collar). Like Htown said, burning clock while up 3 (?) scores. Nothing wrong with taking a slide there knowing the game is already won. When I saw Manning slide live, I thought maybe he could have made it. After watching the replay, I agree with you, just slide. Manning slid around 4:42. OU burned two timeouts and the clock ran down to 2:59 before the field goal attempt. Had Texas been able to get another first down, they could have taken it down to maybe a smidge over a minute.

Instead of getting caught from behind at the 40. But we just don't have that guy. Well, Wisner had to slip out of a tackle at the LOS and was almost hit sticked by his own OL as the lane for the long gain was opening up. To me it's not a flaw that it only went 40-50 but pretty incredible that it did.

ULM DB speed is not the same as OU DB or even LBer speed. He's much faster than Quinn(and his uncles) but he has average speed for a college QB these days.
October 13Oct 13 Considering the classic dropback QB frame, Arch has above average speed and athleticism. It's a clear asset.

October 13Oct 13 Popular Post We can talk missed penalties, if Venables is up for it. This is a clear late hit out of bounds with the official staring right at it, TE screen play to Endries.. There are at least two others of these, as the Sooners clearly pushed the envelope of hitting well after the play was over the entire game. Edited October 13Oct 13 by pacman

October 13Oct 13 Funny seeing some of their fans starting to question the wunderkind Arbuckle after he’s was getting slobbered on so hard at the beginning of the game
October 13Oct 13 Popular Post OU's not worried - Arbuckle had PK figured out. Mateer just couldn't execute, I guess?!? It will definitely be different next year. Texas is screwed once OU gets their pick of transfer portal QBs.

Lowered his head and intentionally made forcible contact with the crown of his helmet right to Wisner's ribs. That's been illegal for at least 40 years, it used to be called spearing. I yelled spearing when I saw that play. My son asked me what the hell is spearing, you mean targeting? Different generations.
