That sweet sweet color harmony... The problem with Vegas are the Three Fs; feeding, fucking, and fun. I’m too married for the middle one, but the other two in that city will leave me a penniless wretch. I’m glad the props passed, like everyone else, I’m happy the election is over, and everyone is putting their best face to work together. I do find it hilarious that the mayor started the night at the opposition group’s party and ended it at the Spurs party. If that’s not politics in a nutshell.
November 5Nov 5 8pm for the Fat Luka annihilation. Take a shot every time he initiates contact with his ass and gets an easy and one while smiling. Was feeling good about this one until the Harper injury.

They’ve put in more than I thought they would on the stadium and project. It’s not perfect, but imo losing the Spurs (which probably would’ve been the direct consequence of prop B failing) would have been devastating…to me as someone who lives close to San Antonio. I mean, flying to fucking Las Vegas? Are you out of your goddamn mind? amazing if true, per google ai. they could easily get $4bil for the Spurs. Holt Family (San Antonio Spurs):The family's net worth was reported at $200 million in a 2021 article, making them among the "poorest" at the time. More recent 2025 figures for the family's current net worth are not readily available in the search results.
November 5Nov 5 Spurs would go for more than 4 easily. Especially after Marvel just passed. The Lakers just went for 10... Edited November 5Nov 5 by ztejas

I'd call "Scores of San Antonio" - which was phone number 223-3232, and probably area code 512 before the transition to 210 - and the scores were updated every 15 minutes, but I never heard individual player stats. I missed out! While on that topic... Has anyone called the Frost Bank lady recently? Her clock is like four minutes slow. She has one job! I actually called Frost Bank time recently. I was having an issue with my phone and wanted to test an outgoing call but didn't want to actually call a contact. So I dialed the only number I still remember which is Frost Bank lady. Now if someone remembers the Donkey Lady number please post it here.

November 6Nov 6 Author Fuck it I just dialed it. A little disappointed that they reported the temperature without prefacing with “downtown temperature” and they are four minutes behind, but that was oddly satisfying. Puro San Antonio.
November 6Nov 6 It's insane that Champagnie is still a starter for us. We got him for absolutely nothing.
November 6Nov 6 Smart injures guys or tries to all the fucking time. He doesn't get the benefit of the doubt there.
November 6Nov 6 Were doing well the bench play without harper when Wemby sits will likely decide overall momentum. Hope the other new rook Bryant can provide some solid minutes
November 6Nov 6 1 minute ago, ztejas said: Sochan on ball D. I missed it. First game back he's playing Luka full court. Guess we aren't going to ease him back.
November 6Nov 6 2 minutes ago, Kermit said: Would Luka be a better player if he wasn’t such a foul-baiting bitch? He and SGA finger each other in the ass in the offseason. Although I respect Luka a lot more.
November 6Nov 6 I’m sure our coaches will figure out how to put Vic into advantageous situations to combat these new defensive strategies before the season ends. Hopefully.
November 6Nov 6 What do you think the Lakers start with at home every game with the ref advantage? It's somewhere between +5-10 Oh cool we aren't allowed to rebound the fucking ball.
November 6Nov 6 Exactly like the Texas Duke game last night. We match their intensity and calls go one way

November 6Nov 6 1 minute ago, BurgleBro said: Harrison Barnes looking like a liability. Yes, this. Dude is dragging this team down on everything but corner threes. Unfortunately, those threes are highly needed.
November 6Nov 6 I'm assuming Sochan replaces Barnes in the starting lineup. Assuming his trey ball is a bit more competent this season and I think it will be.
November 6Nov 6 Sochan FT incoming. Season officially begins. 3 minutes ago, D3zii said: Olynk is basically a negative for us. And Biyombo is worse. what happen to Kornet? Ankle sprain
November 6Nov 6 DV is a waste of money. Never brings it consistently. Doesn't contribute anything but stuff that is easily replaceable in the NBA.
November 6Nov 6 They should increase the number of fouls to be in penalty so the last 4 minutes of a competitive game like this doesn't become a slow FT baiting shooting contest
November 6Nov 6 Good minutes from Sochan. Wemby looks uncomfortable. Luka foul baiting is fucking annoying.
November 6Nov 6 2 minutes ago, hornfan785 said: Good minutes from Sochan. Wemby looks uncomfortable. Luka foul baiting is fucking annoying. The Lakers are foul-baiting everyone.
November 6Nov 6 This is a really good team with everyone healthy. No Fox and no Harper is rough to fucking watch on O, though. 3 minutes ago, hornfan785 said: Wemby looks uncomfortable. Well the best point guard we've put on the floor for him is Jordan McLaughlin. (Castle is a 2/combo guard in my book)
November 6Nov 6 Author Three point shooting keeping the spurs in this. Too many turnovers and too much foul baiting that they’re falling for. The league needs to do something about the offensive player initiating contact and it being a defensive foul. So frustrating.

November 6Nov 6 Just now, D3zii said: Idk I think DV is getting better, and is a really good player for us This is his 6th season for us and his numbers to start are horrendous. His shooting is overrated, he isn't a playmaker, he's an average defender and rebounder. I just don't understand what spark he is supposed to provide besides one in every 7 games where he shoots like 5/8 from 3 and has 30 points. The one thing I will say is that KJ is proving me wrong so far this season (although I had been giving him some flowers already last season and rating him over DV) so it's possible that DV does the same - but the odds that both of those guys wind up panning out as good value for their contracts is statistically really narrow.
