If the Spurs' guards can dedicate themselves to attacking the interior, I believe they can beat OKC. Would help for their drives and the threat of Wemby to cause the defense to collapse into the paint and leave wing shooters open, and for those wing shooters to be hitting their shots. Three games against OKC in the next couple of weeks. Seems like the first chapter in what should be the best rivalry in the NBA for the next five years.

I think if Vassell can shoot above 30% from the floor we have a chance.

3-1 when he shoots under 30%

14-6 otherwise.

Let's see those bricks Devin.

I’m meh on this game tonight but I want to see us more with the 2 games around Christmas. Especially if Wemby doesn’t play or is limited.

This is the most meaningful game the spurs have played in something like 7 years against a team on a historic run and the first time the Spurs will have been at full strength this season notwithstanding any minutes limitation on Wemby. That’s admittedly a low bar but the last thing I am is meh on this game. Even if people think this cup thing is stupid(which I don’t btw), this is an important game in the evolution of this incarnation of the franchise anda measuring stick for where it currently stands.  I’ve had all the fun I want counting ping pong ballls and rooting for the hawks to lose. Let’s get this car out on the highway and see what it can do.

I'm hyped. Go Spurs Go! I expect the Spurs to put up a good fight, and I also expect some sloppiness or indecision at times. Hopefully they can overcome that.

Wemby changed the game in just 5mins .

Cant wait to see us at full strength

That shit right there is why nobody likes SGA. He's a flopping piece of shit. Kicking your legs into the defender like that should be an offensive foul. There is no universe where that is a respectable basketball move.

Clutch Castle.

No fouls.

I think Castle might have gotten his nose broken by Wemby's elbow.

Just now, Coach pop a bitch said:

Castle is beat the f up

No doubt. If it wasn't OKC it's the stray elbow from Wemby.
