And the best news about this big tent? Your problems and the things you face belong on the agenda too.

That’s the magic the Democratic Party needs to harness.

Rural, poor, agricultural, unskilled labor, opioid epidemic, middle class squeeze, all of the “white people” problems have a spot on the agenda too.

Let’s put it all out there and look across the table and see brothers and sisters not enemies and thieves taking your American dream from you.

This. We’re all in this together. And success for some of us should connect to success for all of us.

It started with Reagan.

Yup.   Reagan talking about "states Rights" in of all places - Philadelphia, Mississippi at the Neshoba County Fair - was a dog-whistle that could be heard throughout the South.    They knew what that meant.

Conway called her out on her spelling mistake, too.

Wonder how many of her 'likes' are bots. They (bots) have been active lately.

There is no "us" or "them", it's just us.

Yeah the conservative movement is deader than disco. It don’t get more radical than trumpism. Where exactly do these “conservatives” think they have a home?

I would expand that to more communities. The quiet Trumpers/"conservatives" are perfectly fine with the racism, anti-Semitism, the facism as long as in their community it is structural and not overt. Even with overt, they may tut-tut or straw-man argue, but they have little to lose by simply living their daily lives and voting for Trump. As long as their wallet is fat and their children attend schools that have a low enough diversity that they can feel safe but the football team is good, they will stay GOP.

That story is surprising to me because Trump evidently gave him his money back.  That is the ordinary fraud that happens in our government, IMO.  Get a real ambassador to Russia, England, Mexico.  Toss Bahamas and and the Lesser Antilles to your old bouncer buddy that let you in when you were 20.

Those are a couple of 8's in the young GOP circles.

It means that if the R candidate were listed first, they were ~5% more likely to get the vote, i think.
