Good job by Fluharty.  But using him for Muncy means he won't face Shohei and Freddie tonight.

jays learned from last night and held the runner at third. good job.

Big situation here.  Can the bottom of the order get these two runs in against Banda?

Great piece of hitting by Gimenez.  Clement got a terrible jump but maybe he wouldn't have been able to score anyway.

I don't know about giving Felafel a green light on 3-0

holy shit. the impactful double plays in this series have been off the charts.

this might be overturned though.

he's safe...thought so live too

Why is Smoltz talking about the oven mitt when he slid in with his bare hand?

Heh, We Can Work it Out for the home team mound visit

Roberts has way too much faith in Treinen

You would think some of the other guys that put up zeros through the 18th inning could start to get some run ahead of Treinen.

Find yourself a partner who believes in you the way that Dodgers manager Dave Roberts believes in Blake Treinen.

Bump.

$150 for that Tomahawk steak. Wood.

Best 2 of 3.  Dodgers are lucky not to be down 3-1.

I agree, but I guess the argument would be about pitcher overuse and how the games after the long one look due to staff use.  One way to mitigate that is to allow for a roster addition following a game of x innings or more.

In assume the dodgers get to carry one extra pitcher since their DH happens to also be a SP.

or maybe train pitchers to go more than 1 or 2 innings or your starter to go more than 4 and 1/3.

Pages has to sit.  Put veteran  Miggy Ro at 2nd, Tommy in CF.  If we get a lead, maybe bring Pages in for defensive purposes in the later innings.  4 for 50 is enough of a sample size to know he just can’t contribute right now.  We NEED to get guys on for Shohei so they have to pitch to him.  And Mookie has to get on track.  They can pitch around Shohei to get to Betts right now.

Nvm.

I’m tapped out with fucking Smoltz. He’s already a beating to listen to, but his constant fellating of Ohtani last night sent me over the edge.

I turned the volume off the fox broadcast and pulled up the Toronto radio feed on the MLB app.

Not quite synched, but a much more enjoyable experience without that ass clown droning on and on.

Steven Nelson and Rick Monday are really good if you want to listen to am 570 on the iHeart Radio app.  Not too homery.  Monday is a really good color guy.
