I love how non-fluky these wins have been. Very decisive on both sides of the ball. And the team is still extremely young. They look primed to break out this year.

This, at the end of the game you're saying, damn we dictated the game, exerted our will and dominated them in the end.

  • Well... i missed the entire second half of this game.   My old man who is currently residing with me due to some health issues decided that halftime was an opportune time to let his sugar go way too l

  • Today was fun. I miss football being fun.

Landmark win! Defensive recruiting should shoot through the roof. Offensive recruiting will prosper too.

Good on Herman, Orlando, Ehlinger and a whole herd of Longhorn studs.

Who's making the GIF of the cheerleader doing the mid-air splits?

One good thing about this game was no fake double reverse throwback screen pass.

I dont recall any roll lefts either...

There was at least one, and it included a completed pass.

The last time we beat ranked opponents in consecutive weeks: the three-game streak against OU, Missouri and OkState in 2008.

That was a pretty good year.

Haven’t seen Texas WR fight for YAC like this in a long time. Every player out there wanted this bad and it showed. Texas is turning a corner and gaining confidence, this is the last thing the rest of the conference wanted to see

Surprised at how pedestrian TCU looked. Last week I watched a bit of their game against tOSU and they looked pretty good.

We might be better than we thought. Gun shy takes time to get over.

Big props to the defense but huge props to the o-line who gave Sam six seconds to find LJ on that last TD.  Nice to see a running game behind that line that can eat up clock when leading.  Hope they do it in Manhattan next week against another purple demon.

Fuckin love it. 2nd half’s belong to Texas.

Love ability to run the ball and Collin showing up big time.  Great game by Sam. Fuck the haterS

But nothing feels as good as when TO smells bloods and lets the dogs hunt.

DBs had a hell of good game.

There were a couple of catches (one of them for TD) where the Texas DB knocked the ball out of the receiver’s grip.

Perhaps we're not a bad team? I mean come on give credit where credit is due

He always looks like a pimp.

Makes me think he's got some Blek in him somewhere.  Maybe his real parents and not his adopted parents. I might need to ancestry dna him.

He’s Sicilian Italian, got some African Blood in him. Like Eddie Murphy said in Raw, Italians act just like *****, no racist.

The purple wizard got schooled by WVU today.

Just like Bevo XV, the guys have to grow into their horns. This game showed clear growth as a team.

Looking at the box score, I’m surprised to see that Texas averaged 2.5 yards per carry. I thought they did better

Fatterson gonna have to triple down on his neg recruiting now..

The look on his face spoke volumes to me. He had the look of a guy that realized the long game is over..

Sorry, I meant the short game is over, and the long game has arrived. I, like many on here, are over- celebrated.

Hope Herman can somehow recruit LJH for an extra year..

Not getting my hopes up, if he gets an NFL grade it will be first 3 rounds. (assuming he continues what he's doing)

Before games, Was sitting in the Legion sipping suds chatting to a aggy explaining on how aggy was going to get dismantled by Bama and how Texas was going to get mud stomped by the roaches.

i don’t mind  admitting when I am wrong.

Hook Em!!!

well it was significantly easier saying that when we were down 14-3 with bad everything.  Texas woke.

Know that, but like the Brewer & Shipley song, Texas has to go in Manhattan and Shake off the Demon.

Feel like that's going to happen a lot this season.  Not necessarily a bad thing.

Boyd balled today. Even the TD they caught at the end of the first half he had good coverage. Wr pushed off enough to get separation and Qb made a great throw.  Can’t win em all
