November 1Nov 1 so given the nba scandal and recent suspicious firings by the sec, these refs have to be betting or being pressured by the mafia. right?
November 1Nov 1 Popular Post So, when the offense sucks and we win on D, Sark gets no credit, but when the offense rolls and we almost lose on D, it's all Sark's fault. Got it. Edited November 1Nov 1 by TwiceHorn

November 1Nov 1 Popular Post these refs with deciding to swallow the whistle in favor of the team getting blown out has gotten ridiculous. These are professional athletes now, call the game the same throughout. LOTS of holding not called, no PI in the end zone, phantom 2 point conversion. ugh. I'm honestly surprised they didn't call the onside kick in favor of Vandy and make it go to review.

November 1Nov 1 This might have been the worst officiated game we have had so far in the SEC and borderline B12 Kevin Mar level work... Awful
November 1Nov 1 So what was that bullshit about the pylon cam? I cannot see how that camera saw that ball break the plane. The game camera was aiming straight down the line and it wasn't even a foot near the goal line.

November 1Nov 1 Seems like that wasn't all gas. Brakes all the through Q4. For sure, can we finally file that Prevent bullshit under "Brakes"?
November 1Nov 1 This team is lacking a killer instinct. They saw a big lead and decided to take the rest of the game off. That shit comes from the coach.

If O, D, or ST stink then yeah it's on Sark ultimately. How about if he puts all three phases together, too much to ask? He did it versus OU and we'd love to see more of it.

The game camera was aiming straight down the line and it wasn't even a foot near the goal line. So, I don't have a screenshot, but they showed an angle where there were essentially two pylons. One was the normal, "official" one that we're all familiar with. The other one was offset a little bit along the back side of the goal line, which ended up being the excuse that they used for that horrible fucking call.

November 1Nov 1 A lot of people who are (very justifiably) complaining about the secondary and the awful prevent defense are also significantly downplaying just what a huge deal it was that Taafe and McDonald were out. Those two are critical to making everything work the way it's supposed to work. Anyway, I would now argue that our 7-2 team has 2 wins that are better than any of undefeated A&M's win. Vandy would beat ND's ass and I think OU would win a close one. Bringing up LSU should get you roundly mocked Edited November 2Nov 2 by campcrunk

But when the defense stands tall and wins a game for us, Sarkisian gets no credit, because he's an offensive coach.
November 1Nov 1 1 minute ago, TwiceHorn said: I don't even see how the ball was in the fucking field of view of the camera in the pylon. That was hilarious. Right down the line, and you can barely even see the football. There was no shot that showed the ball crossing, much less even touching, the goal line.

November 1Nov 1 The Mosley no-call allowed the comeback to happen. First down there and Texas keeps running clock and gets a fg or td in all likelihood. I expected things to get hairy in the secondary when Jelani went out. You lose your two best safeties and there are going to be problems. Edited November 1Nov 1 by kevwun
