Georgia will be out for blood after last year in Austin. But yes, please enjoy this mediocre win over a massively overrated Vandy squad.

Also hats off to Diego Pavia. I thought he was the biggest douchebag in college football coming into the game, but after watching that game, I now think he’s the biggest douchebag in sports. Congrats,

Man, Wingo was on a tear. He's finally stepping up this season as the deep threat we've needed and now he has a hand injury.  2/89/1. For the season so far he has 31/593/5. Let's hope he comes back soon.

Moseley stepped up nicely with 7/69/1

Surprised Jagger only had 2 rec. It felt like more.

What?

The past two weeks I have read on this very forum full of football geniuses that Wingo sucks and needs 12 fingers on each hand to be a reliable receiver.

You dare question the logic of Surly?

One other BS call today.  The false start on 4th and short where they obviously broke the plane and we didn't move would've ended the game as well.

So first game I don't get the WTF 1st Quarter and I get a WITAF 4th Quarter....jeezus.  fucking Akina(Im betting he was a Mack special request).

I just don't see that being on Akina.

On that final TD drive why was Simmons off the field?

We didn't want to call a timeout to get him on.

Holy shit, except for the nail biting at the end, the boys looked engaged and downright nasty.

Still want to know the methodology of playing 10 yds off the opposing receivers.

Absolutely ridiculous. They were completely out of sorts and we give up 4th and 19.

Akina...

That was one of the worst called games we’ve ever seen, right? The missed holding call and the 2 point alone were insane. I feel like I can’t judge the score or the performance of that team after the missed the clear holding on the pavia 30 yard td. Easily the worst officiated game we’ve had since that infamous OSU game with chuckles.

We didn't want to call a timeout to get him on.

Obviously, Sark wants them to use during the bye.

The sex was phenomenal. Beautiful chick. She came multiple times before you finished. So great, except you notice a couple of poo nuggets left when she goes to wash up.

Overall great, but tainted for the night.

Go on

Love that he posted that about 30 minutes into the game.

Fucking amateur.

As much as the Bama win gets us in 2 years ago, the osu loss this year gonna keep us out

I mean Bama lost to FSU which is arguably worse than losing to Florida in the swamp

Texas drops a spot while Vandy continues its slow but steady climb in the polls after a valiant road performance

Both things can be true. Often in the same drive.

Wingo is rightly criticised for not catching balls he has to work for. If it's a 50/50 ball or he has to jump for it, he probably isn't coming down with it. He's a big guy, but not very physical during the catch. His route running is also lacking. I personally think a lot of the crossers thrown behind him that he missed are tougher to reel in than many of his critics believe. I'd tend to lay the fault with Arch on those.

Just as long as Oklahoma is above us.

I'm suprised to learn I seem to be alone with my nekkid with lube football watching approach.

Also, why does Surly end stories just when it's about to get really hot with scat play.

We are just not a good team as evidenced yet again this week. Arch looked great but that was as a pathetic end to the game. Terrible by almost everyone involved (including the refs).

Gotta learn how to finish when they have a big lead and not let teams back into the game.

Why? It’s way more fun to make every win feel like a loss

I could be wrong, but I believe Filsame getting injured during the play probably affected coverage.

Depends how far we jump after today and if we lose at Georgia or to a top 5 aggy. Neither of those would drop us out of the top 25

Unfortunately I can see gooners and vandy ranked above us if gooners win tonight. Makes no sense to me but it won't surprise me.

Chris Simms only needed a time out.

I like Diego Pavia.

He is a tough-nosed baller and keeps plays alive with his feet and throws really well on the run.

How many times did he get past our linemen when other QB's would have been caught?

He's the kind of person you don't want to be competing with at your first big job when you are in your twenties, unless you were really, really determined and don't waste your nights partying w your friends, 'cause he's gonna be grinding away.

I'm happy someone like him, who has had a tough road, is having success.

They said Wingo could have come back if it was an emergency. Probably should have inserted him at safety.

If he's a loser, I'd hate to see what a winner would have done against us.

He had pretty good numbers considering we sacked him six times.

Also, their defense sucks.

Pavia didn’t do shit for 95% of the game.
the only time he did anything was an absolute brain fart in the secondary and when the ref show started. Just about every big play he had Vandy was holding like OU. Go ball wash elsewhere.

Fair point. Aside from his 177.8 rating, his 71.1% completion percentage, 365 passing yards and  3 touchdown passes plus his long touchdown run, he didn't do anything. Glad you cleared that up.
