November 4Nov 4 Author I am happy to host at my house which is the southwest/hill country option. I have room for 100+ and TVs etc all the tailgate stuff. Wives and Kids welcome, I'll have a bounce house already set up that day. $10 bucks a head would likely cover food and drinks and paying someone to cleanup my house after Central would be KoKos on South Lamar - very wife and kid friendly ~$25-30 avg tab for the game is probably what you should expect there. Need 10+ to reserve a section, can fit probably 40 tops. North I'd need some help, but something like Bon Aire No idea here on $$ or space. South would be Armadillo Den upstairs - not kid friendly, can probably get an exemption with enough participation. Can do up to 100 here, would need to open a bartab, probably a 3k minimum without food. Marlow is unfortunately off the table there's a Mizzou game at the same time.
November 4Nov 4 Celis Brewery up north would be an option. Let me know if you’re interested. You could bring as many people as you want. Also, no one cares if you shit in the parking lot.
November 4Nov 4 Bouldin Acres has a place for the kids to play I just don't know if the one in north Austin has play area. There is also one South on Lamar. I have never been there but maybe some one has and they can comment on it. https://bouldinacres.com/ Edited November 4Nov 4 by DanTheHorn
November 4Nov 4 Imma, your place is in the lead with me. I can get our fiends at Bert's to make some BBQ magic happen to make it easy for you hosting.

November 5Nov 5 Would love to see that bounce house after 4 hours of Surly posters getting shitfaced.

November 5Nov 5 We had a couple of homeless invite themselves into Ohio State party at Marlowe. They were ultimately harmless and were glad to have a meal. Still a risk.

November 5Nov 5 I'll make it if it's at your place. Me and my lady and maybe a couple of friends that live nearby.
November 5Nov 5 You’re fucking awesome dude, wish I lived in Austin. San Antonio is too far to drive shitfaced, too expensive for Uber.

I also want to confirm which food trucks will be there. The only possible issue I see is a plethora of craft beer and seltzer. If some people want hard booze, just bring a flask or something.
November 6Nov 6 Author With the amount of people coming it seems like KoKos would be the ideal setup. I can try to arrange 2 Fetti that pick up/drop off from north and southwest Let's say the Brentwood HEB and the Oak Hill HEB? If we could fill both of those up and have some central people get there on their own that's 40 right there.

November 6Nov 6 6 minutes ago, immamac said: What's the screen/TV situation and game sound? We’ve got all that. You can also make it a private party. Indoor tap room would be too tight. Outdoor beer garden and connected bar would be the perfect world. We have a large projector set up we can get out and it’s a night game so definitely a solution there. Sound is easy already set up. In a perfect world, we would block off outside beer garden, make it a “private party” and go from there.

I have 5 additional TVs I can bring, I have a 4 way HDMI splitter and cables we can run from that as well.

Also, they’re getting a Muledick tap going. They had all sorts of ideas so we’ll see what they come up with. For intense security purposes I can ensure they strictly enforce the entry password. Without it, you shall not be granted entry access. Edited November 6Nov 6 by DaggerHorns Muledick
November 6Nov 6 Author Ok let's do Celis. Do we want to do $40 bucks with food and 4 beers? What kind of food do we want?
November 6Nov 6 We do have heaters. I see a low of 60 with 22% chance of rain. The tap room is alternate but it will work.

November 7Nov 7 Author Fetti for pick up and dropoff for 14 people from oak hill HEB to Celis is $225 all in. ~20 a head with a good tip or ~17 a head with minimal tip. I assume the Brentwood pickup will be slightly cheaper but probably the same.
