Apparently Tuberville hasn't bothered to file a state tax return in Alabama every year.  He has to be able to prove he has lived in the state for 7 consecutive years.

I'm assuming that at this very moment, there is a crew of attorneys and cpa's feverishly putting together the past 7 years of tax returns to file, if the state of Alabama allows such a thing.
