November 24Nov 24 Sean Miller and Bobby Hurley have some interesting history, both as players and during Miller's time at Arizona. Pregame reading below if anyone is interested: AZ Central article from 2016 Athletic article from 2019 Miller's teams ran that series though, as far as I can tell he was something like 9-3 or 10-4 against Arizona State. Hurley was mostly known for acting like a complete lunatic.

November 25Nov 25 Massamba Diop has been an interesting 3* out of Senegal that had no other offers that's gotten people interested in him as a potential one and done. Insanely smooth for a dude his size with the ball, comfortably athletic, should be a fun matchup between him and Matas.
November 25Nov 25 I'd like to see a lot more of Wilcher and Heide to figure out if we have anyone that can shoot worth a shit from deep. We know what we have in Pope/Mark....two wildly inconsistent guards who both shoot like shit from distance. I think you could make a solid argument that Mark was a better player a few years ago. Dude is Benjamin Buttoning his way through 8 years in school or however the fuck long he's been playing college hoops. You never know if he's even gonna show up for a game. Frustrating lack of consistency from a guy his age.
November 25Nov 25 A win today ensures we will not have an opportunity to lose to Chaminade again. Texas Fight!

November 25Nov 25 Feels good to have a big man - a really big man - that knows to take the ball to the hoop when he gets it.

November 25Nov 25 The way they are talking about ASU, I expect to see Lupus and two Mexican kids on the bench.
November 25Nov 25 ASU is just mauling our guys in the paint with no call and then ticky tack out top for us. As usual Hurley gonna make it a wrestling match.

November 25Nov 25 Pope has tried three treys, the first was an airball, the second hit the side of the rim, and he made the third. It's a box of chocolates.
November 25Nov 25 Swain is our men's team version of Madison Booker. Just get out of his way and let him deal.
November 25Nov 25 If Pope would work as hard to get open off the ball as he does once he gets the ball, he would have some wide open shots. He isn’t good enough to be constantly trying step back 3s. I don’t care that he hit one. That will just encourage him to jack more.
November 25Nov 25 I can see people going in and out of a women's restroom on the ESPN broadcast. We can actually see into that bathroom.
November 25Nov 25 that was touched by ASU last. it hits our guys leg and then ASU hits it with their hand.
November 25Nov 25 We are hurting at the guard spot and Az St is now pressing and trapping … somebody has to be able to bring the ball up the court
November 25Nov 25 If the ball is around Vokietaitis there will be a foul called one way or the other.
November 25Nov 25 How can you tell? Every possession ends in a foul? I hate the way college basketball is officiated.
