December 6Dec 6 What happens if Georgia blows out Bama and they shut them out? Is Bama still in the playoffs? I always felt this was our only way in. Bama losing to Auburn. But what if Georgia beats their asses and shuts them out? Is there any chance then?

Maybe they can drop ou and their broke-ass offense too since the bama win is the only thing propping them up. That said Bama winning still won't surprise me. Edited December 6Dec 6 by WBT

December 6Dec 6 Folwer has always been a Colorado bitchFowler: hard hit, like the one against Texas in 2021.

I don't care if their 3rd loss came in the CCG. If the committee says 3 losses is the cutoff, then leave them out. Their resume would be identical to ours if they lose this game, maybe worse.

If you want UT to have any sort of shot, root for Georgia to win big. Kirby is a bitch for sure but fuck Bama as well. This reminds me of the Cavs/Warriors we had to watch 4 years straight.
December 6Dec 6 Bama defense just getting pushed around. Could be a massive loss for them today. They already look tired and Stockton just pummeling them.

I don't think it makes any sense to say a championship game loss doesn't matter , does GT Techs loss to Georgia last week matter more than the Bama loss this week ? that makes no fucking sense

Coming off back to back national titles. This Bama team lost to shit FSU by 14 and a pretty weak OU team at home that we handled up on. Leaving Bama out with 3 losses wouldn't be some travesty. This Bama team isn't the Bama of the past with Saban.

But Georgia vs Indiana would be terrible. They would run them off the field by halftime.
December 6Dec 6 Ihate to be that guy, but our Defense played them better than this shit when it mattered early lol.

Perfectly blocked, well executed, just set up for success before the ball even snapped. Then you have whatever clown shit QB draw Sark tried running against uga lol

December 6Dec 6 Ihate to be that guy, but our Defense played them better than this shit when it mattered early lol. Yep. But they wore down. Though Kirby was scared enough of us to call an onside kick. He won’t need that today.

You are effectively punishing a team for making the championship game.

Bama should just take the week rest and get ready for next week. This is why these CCG's are becoming pointless with the playoffs in place.
