How bizarre. He’s already starting for a school with a lot of exposure. So it’s not like the transfer is so he can prepare for the NFL. Is he wanting to get a start on getting a free masters degree?

He might just think one year of Jeremy Pruitt was more than enough. Coaching change casualty.

Just reading through some Tennessee boards, he started all 12 games at RT. My first thought was get him and move DK inside. But then I read about how terrible their line was this year and this guy got the Blake Gideon treatment on the boards all year from fans. Perhaps we should pass.

Incoming freshman Wanya Morris expected to start at left tackle.

What could possibly go wrong?

When players transfer from schools they always suck according to whatever team board they played for.

I’m sure the Tennessee boards are saying the same thing about the other starter that transferred today.

He’s a 1 year rental. If we have scholarship room we should try and add as many grad transfers as possible.

Whats the harm?

Grabbing a grad-transfer tackle would allow us to keep Okafor at Guard and have Kerstetter as the 6th OL who can play OG or OT.

Cosmi / (Imade or Hudson) / Shack / Okafor / Grad transfer

Maybe one of the RS freshmen surprises and grabs one of the interior spots. We’d have real depth for the first time in a while.

I'm not sure Hudson will ever play another down.

Don’t get me wrong, I am all for finding any available grad transfers if they are better than our projected starters. But I am not sure this guy would necessarily be better than DK.

didn't rattler look like ass, my dude, in the all star game?

He had stretches where he looked, uh, rattled. But seriously, he had a live arm and showed he could extend plays. He has talent.

Would be nice if we could RS Kerstetter. Get as much Grad transfer you can. Proctor, Richmond, and the kid from bama would be a great haul.

Leatherwood?  Or another kid from Bama?  Leatherwood ain't coming.  There's the kid from Tennessee though.

I don’t know how you can convince one of our best lineman to RS

Leatherwood was the one I was thinking of.

IIRC Trevor Lawrence looked like ass in his all star game too.  I think Sterns picked him off.

He had his ups and downs, but he has a canon. I'm sure Riley will work on that, but I can't see him being their starter from day 1. He needs some work. He'll be a good one for blow u

Undergrad OU. Masters Duke.

One of these things is not like the other.  One of these things just doesn’t belong.

Talk about a no-brainer. Assuming he isn’t a no-brainer. But he’s a sooner.

Yeah, he’s gonna get to a real school and be like, “hey, nobody told me I’d have to attend class.”

I guess Miami thinks they have a shot with Hurts. You would think Martell would choose Miami over WVU but who knows

Wonder if Tate waits for Hurts to choose first, then decides??

Thought someone posted that the stud Buffalo QB had transferred to Miami. If so, Tate and Hurts will stay away as they can't beat him out.

He’ll major in reincarnation studies, grow his hair up and out,  then in 10 or 15 years we’ll see him on the history channel talking about aliens.

Super K says that Dele and Casey Thompson are expected to stay. Also says things are progressing with the Rice DT Abercrumbia

This is the first I've seen of Adeoye mentioned as transferring.

Abercrumbia is a big get. He and the VA OL will play significant minutes next year.

They were also the ones saying early that Rising was likely to stay. Perhaps this means that Rising will be leaving now.

As long as Buechele is staying another year, I think we'll be fine. I'm not comfortable with Thompson was the primary back up.
