Must be pretty bad injury for the cameras not to show the field for whatever Colts player just got injured. 🤕

I apologize for calling Rivers a distinguished senior citizen earlier. He has been upgraded to cool grandpa with 15-20 kids and grandkids.

That looks better than any of the Christmas games, going to check that out.

Rivers is like the an infielder who come in as a reliever and strikes out the side throwing nothing but meat.

So, old man Rivers is on some crazy pace for a 44 year old not named Brady.  I'm guessing the over/under for passing yards for him is about 200?

He may hit that by half!

It was really subtle, but on the last drive there was pressure coming from the right side and Rivers just casually stepped up in the pocket and made the throw, easy peasy.

Man, the Niners are dangerous now that they're healthy.

Before the NFL got crazy with the rules favoring QBs and WRs, I was able to easily argue that Elway was the best we've ever had

Colts telling everybody they're going to the Superbowl.  Now they're having an all-time collapse, their starting QB is going to miss time into next season, and they gave up two 1sts for a CB that has done absolutely nothing for their garbage defense.

AD actually got the best end of that deal.  Got his ass out of the dumpster fire that the Colts are becoming and gets legit playing time/targets with the Jets who are going to have a zillion draft picks to improve their team over the next two seasons.

The Jets will continue to suck bc no one wants to call out Woody Johnson for making shit decisions historically bc he’s a nice dude I guess. The Jets and the Giants should have to play each other three times and best out of three gets to play in the NFL and loser has to wait until the next year. Same for Browns and Bengals.

If only the Colts defense could get a fucking stop.

Well, the game is no longer in doubt, but what a showing by the old man.  Over 220 yards passing, if they had a decent running game could be looking at scoring 35 or more points.

Amazing!

The Colts' defense is bad and they should feel bad.

They should. X is on fire with people praising Rivers. And slamming QBs for their own hapless teams.

And they ain’t wrong.

What is crazy is they have Taylor and they went and got for the defense Sauce and he ain’t done much. How hard is it for the colts to get a stop or a turnover. Rivers is in a zone tonite if he got the ball back he could tie it up.

Colts' defense couldn't manage 2 stops to get the Niners off the field and give themselves a chance.   Bunch of scrubs.

Tua would be offended by that take if he wasn't so dain bramaged.

Colts refuse to die. If they had anyone on defense doing a fucking thing they could actually win this. And keep shooting themselves in the dick repeatedly with penalties which are killing nearly every drive.

#583

Rivers going to man to man combat with a LB and forgetting about the football is awesome. At least the center got it. 😂

It’s almost like the colts special teams and defense bet against the colts on this game. It’s that bad.

I thought that about Harbaugh last night.  Holy crap an interception.  Too little too late.

Good LB defense and shit route by the TE, Rivers got almost no help from anyone tonight.

49er's D/ST just won some FF playoff games and made some new Philip Rivers haters for life.

The Grandpa Rivers experiment/experience just ended; because he looks very bad the last 5 minutes.

I don't think Tom Brady fueled with a stem cell infusion could do any better with the Colts. They are less than ass water.

#593

SF ought to worry about their remaining schedule. Their defense ain’t great. Rivers can hold his head up high. 5 years on the couch and deals better than at least ten starters in the league. Nothing to be embarrassed about at all.

#594

SF offense is rolling. Defense is pretty sketchy, though. I would pick them to beat Seattle, no matter where they play. Great chance to get the 1 seed.
