They need a qualifier for targeting that the contact must be above normal belt level.

Ole Miss is going for a 9 point TD I guess, according to Fowler

Miami’s frustration of not pulling away is starting to show

Yep like I said earlier they are probably dumbfounded this is still a game. They should beat Cristobal over the head if they lose.

There generally should be some qualifier if the forcible contact is due to an action by offensive player.

And Fowler is wrong again. The TD will put OM up by 5 or 7 depending on if they get the 2pt.

he not only led w his head and hit the other player in the head he dipped his head prior to initiating contact

They should've never let him leave the GameDay desk. Just an awful play by play guy.

I remember a Cotton Bowl where Miami had over 200 yards in penalties. This isn’t a surprise.

Bro. That was 35 years ago. Some of the coaches weren't born yet, much less the players. You good? lol

Pre-gaming at those Tempe basement bars maybe?

When the camera is on him he looks a little disheveled too.

i wish that there had to be a component of egregiousness in order to eject a player for targeting. losing a player for this game and the 1H of the NC game on a play like that is terrible. if it’s a guy launching his helmet into the ear hole of a defenseless wr who’s a sitting duck, then sure, ejection and suspension. this was far from that. this was a leaping, spinning wr and a db going low trying to make a regular tackle, where their helmets ended up colliding by happenstance. nothing dangerous or egregious about the play, at all. should be 15 yards and a warning. punishment does not fit the crime.

Miami's suck, like OU's, transcends generations.
