Parents and aunt/uncle are coming in town for the Texas-OU game this weekend. They're all staying with us in Bluffview. Trying to find a spot for us to have dinner on Friday night. I'd like to go somewhere in the relative neighborhood -- we live just off Lovers Ln down past Celebration -- and it needs to be somewhat casual or at least we can get away being dressed casually. My parents have been to most of what's around us. They're coming up from SA and my aunt/uncle (dirty Sooners) are coming in from Virginia Just wondering if I'm missing something:

  • Zio Cecchio
  • Jose
  • Celebration
  • Shinsei
  • Neighborhood Services
  • Perfect Union Pizza
  • Raffa's
  • Mia's
  • Suze
  • Fernando's
  • Something at Knox/Henderson (a little beyond "the neighborhood" but willing to branch out for the right place)
  • Mockingbird Diner
  • Avila's
  • Sprezza
  • Nonna's
  • Hudson House

My parents have been to the majority of these places with us over the years.

Take them to the Truck Yard.  Your aunt and uncle will feel right at home with all those trailers around.

They’re not rednecky. Uncle flew helicopters in the Marine Corps (he flew Marine One a few times) and aunt is step-sister or half-sister of Butch Davis.

We wound up at Rafa's. They loved it.
