October 6, 20187 yr Not sure if I like this move, still... Porcello was (surprisingly) looking great, and I definitely don’t trust Kimbrel for 4 outs. But I’d love to be wrong.

October 6, 20187 yr Author I’m not gonna make it if every game is like this. The Yankees could make it to game 7 of the World Series, and I’d still feel comfortable saying that we saw Stanton’s only hit of the postseason tonight. He’s hopelessly lost at the plate and will not have any impact going forward. Total waste of a roster spot at the moment. Lighting an extra candle in my Judge shrine tonight. I wish he could bat in all 9 lineup spots. Only guy on the team with no fear of Kimbrel. Of the 8 homers Kimbrel has given up this year, Judge has hit 2.

October 7, 20187 yr I think that was the longest home run I've ever seen, I wish they'd say how far it went. Maybe Reggie in the All Star game. Edited October 7, 20187 yr by hookem48
October 7, 20187 yr For the record, I don’t like the Sox wearing the red jerseys two days in a row. This series is going 5.

October 7, 20187 yr Even without much of any starting pitching, feels like this is the Yankees’ series to lose. Can’t believe Boston didn’t do shit to help the pen this season. Imagine if they had Ryan Pressly right now.
October 7, 20187 yr If McCutchen would have been paying attention he could have slid in safe at first.
October 7, 20187 yr Author Just saw a stat that in David Price's 10 postseason starts, his team is 0-10. That's amazing.
October 7, 20187 yr Nate Eovaldi - who has a better record vs the Yanks than David Price - gets the start for Game 3.

October 8, 20187 yr Crowd seems a little amped tonight. Not the usual mausoleum atmosphere of (New) Yankee Stadium.

October 9, 20187 yr Always a good omen when your starting pitcher doesn't know when the game is scheduled to start.
October 9, 20187 yr What was the deal with Severino having to rush his warm up? Did he think the start was going to be delayed?

October 9, 20187 yr Strange managing from Boone. Should’ve pulled him earlier. Lynn shouldn’t be coming in with the bases juiced
