We are neither putting pressure on Murray nor covering any of the receivers. Wide open people all over the place.

Worrisome.

Yeah...catch a break, but it doesn’t matter. Our best play on the drive has been when the ground knocked the. All out.

Quoting myself for emphasis.

Our best defensive play was made by the turf. Fuck, it was our ONLY defensive play.

This is feeling like a 60 point blowout

Let’s see how offense responds.

Okay, defense, capitalize!

but we don't wanna! that would take effort and preparedness, and we already GOT our scholarships to UT

there was no reason to overturn that call, the ball was going to end up in the end zone regardless. like calling holding on an extra point, you're just delaying the inevitable

this is damn near every ou game for the last 15 years. they just tear us apart for chunk plays and an unopposed td on the opening drive.

Watched the 2008 game last night on LHN. This game is starting out just like that one. Hopefully it ends the same way, too.

yeah, the game's not over,  lot of football to be played, etc, but I am just in a pessimistic mood and feel like I've already read this particular pop-up book about a half-dozen times this century

Tbf, Boyd knocked the piss out of that guy.

This is concerning, they literally had their way on that opening drive. Gotta respond when we get the ball.

Kind of ridiculous how good of an offensive coach Riley is.

Yeah.  I thought Herman would be at Riley's level but it's not even close.

we always look like shit on first defensive series.

That said.... the ease with which they moved the ball is concerning

man it would be nice to have an offense like this.

We could have. Except Charlie Strong didn’t go after Kyler when he transferred.

He makes almost all o coordinators look like geniuses for at least 15 minutes. When was the last time a Texas team came out and dominated on defense from the beginning against any quality opponent?

Blow u always comes out like that, nothing new so relax a bit guys. Don’t panic until you see which O showed up today

Not one single thing I could praise defensively on that first drive.  That wasn’t bend don’t break. That was break, the, break again
