I mean if Wall comes back, doesn't have many more health issues and plays an All-Star level ball, then it's simply a pretty bad contract, but maybe not the worst contract.  If injuries pile up and he becomes neuvo Deron Williams and more of a problem child then yea.... it's gonna be hard to beat for the next 3 years.

The last guy to consistently shutdown KD was Westbrook in 2016.

Has anyone ever had the stretch provision used on them before their extension even took effect?

Do you not understand that the deal is fully guaranteed?   That it hasn't even started makes it worse.

I’m aware of how contracts are structured. Thanks for the solid insight.

Jusuf Nurkic- 24 points, 23 rebounds, 7 assists, 5 steals, 5 blocks. First player ever to go for 20x20 and 5x5 (since steals became a stat in 1973).

Houston is 9-1 over its last 10 games, and Harden is shooting 41% on almost 14 3FGA per game in that stretch.  Shooting that efficiently on that many shots is insane, quantity alone.  Nevermind that almost none of them are the catch-and-shoot variety 3's; they're all pull-ups or step-backs.  Maybe this is the year that Harden's off-the-dribble 3's don't completely betray him in the playoffs.

Can you imagine a Bucks vs Rockets final? 100 combined 3PA every game? Would be an interesting watch, even if it were the lowest rated finals in 20 years.

It's not like the griz are contending this year, they should be looking to trade for future assets as they may be stuck with Parsons deal.

Former Longhorn.

Westbrook with the cool 2 for 18 tonight...... But he's gonna get that triple double!!!!  Game is in the 3rd quarter.

I'm not watching the game, but I did just check the box score; apparently, JaVale McGee has taken 16 shots. Is it everything I dreamed that it would be?

A block or two is nice but Brow put up 36/23 on him so..................

psh, he does that to everyone and i highly doubt that allen was the primary defender on every single point davis scored.

I want to see:

Steph, Harden, KD, LeBron, AD

vs

Simmons, Kyrie, Kawhi, Freak, Embiid

to start the game. although I could go for PG > Harden. Either way the West is ridiculous.

Doncic and Derrick Rose second!  Wow.  They are both playing well, but surprising to see Doncic ahead of Durant/AD and Rose ahead Harden/Westbrook.

While Luka should not be above Durant or AD at all.  I do think it's nice he's getting the recognition.  He does deserve an All star nod...but not as a starter.

Luka and Rose are not all stars. Not even close. This just shows how fucking stupid fan-voting is.

Who out of Harden, Curry, Westbrook, Lillard, Derozan, Booker or Jrue Holiday is either of them close to right now?

I mean MAYBE Luka gets even hotter and sneaks in as the last guard selection or replaces someone due to injury, but right now he's barely scratching the top 10 guards in the West.

wait until Yao's numbers are in

Loving this game with the Spurs giving bitchass Kawhi the business.

It's kind of funny seeing Danny Green revert back to his 2017 shooting in his first game back at san Antonio

The tone deafness of athletes these days is truly staggering.

Awesome game. If KD has finished that dunk that would have been legendary, but Capela denied him. Also, PJ is doing a really good job defending KD right now.

LMAO, literally the worst missed call in NBA history. Fucking literally. It gets no worse than that. Hilarious.

Beard says BALL DON'T LIE

Harden hits the winner over Klay and Draymond and then looks at Draymond (who's on the ground) and screams, "MOTHERFUCKER!"

Today's players are so unbelievably talented. It's amazing. Players from the 80's may as well be George Mikan and Bob Cousy at this point. Imagine if pro basketball is still a thing 100 years from now...200 years from now...fuckin 500 years from now!?! What do players look like 150 years after Giannis?
