that was frozen precipitation, but not snow, and it was a dusting. 

I lived in Kansas City at the time, got up early in the morn and drove 3 hours to Lincoln, about 10 mins before I got there, it started sleeting,  and that went on and off most of the day, 

I had to drive back home to Kansas City after the game.   and I wasnt really slowed down by the frozen stuff.
