Theoretically it could be a different KaVontae Turpin? (lol)

gonna have to produce more than a simple booking sheet to make me believe he was actually put in cuffs.

After all those times he assaulted our defense, this has been a long time coming.

At first I was like, ‘wait, he did that shit in one night?!??’

Have you seen what they can do with CGI these days?

One of the hardest times I have laughed is when OU DB Chijioke Onyenegecha was arrested, and someone replied with this.

Talk about a team imploding.  They may not even make a bowl game.

Patterson needs to sit the rest of this season out. His heart and sweat glands can’t take it.

Velvette has some issues. Arrested 6/12 for DWI and then arrested twice the next night for the same.

weed is against the law, asshole.  if I see you smoking reefer in my neighborhood I’m calling 9-1-1.

Eh, I'm not going to CR the thread up. I think it's ridiculous it's illegal, and I think it's silly people risk jail to smoke it.

Sure, but it's also not hard to just not do it...

To be fair they are a Nike school so...

General question, in legalized states, how do they account for pot DWIs?  I am assuming it's still illegal to drive under the influence?

Just the same way it is legal to consume alcohol in Texas, but illegal to drive while intoxicated on it.

Do they only use field sobriety tests for impairment or do they have some pot version of the breathalyzer?

It's going to vary, but pot DWI is illegal in Texas also.

agreed - that was funny as hell

Yeah I realize that.  Just like people can't seem to not drink and drive, I was curious if legalized states have a problem with smoking and driving.  I suppose people were smoking (or doing numerous other drugs) before legalization, but all DUI/DWI information seems to be centered around alcohol.

So you're saying it didn't turn out to be a different Chijioke Onyenegecha?

Yeah, after re-reading, my post's tone didn't come out right.  I just meant that drug DWI enforcement isn't unique to states with legal pot.

No, if you buy the #fakenews.

Yes

there is a test that some officers in legal states use that tells if thc has been used within a 2-3 hour window thus possibly makeing  a person thc impaired to drive

now back to the original thread....

Remember ISU's QB last year, who Orlando skull-fucked so bad he just up and quit football?  Orlando basically did the same thing to Robinson this year.
