October 30, 20187 yr Have a cabinet door not closing flush. I’m pretty sure this is easy but the googles yield nothin since I don’t even know what this hinge type is called . other than asking my husband of course ....
October 30, 20187 yr OK an honest response, your adjustment is tapped out. so look at the top mount,,, I'm so sorry.....
October 30, 20187 yr I assume you mean it doesn't close completely. That screw adjustment is just for lateral adjustment. Check to see if the board the door is screwed to has shifted. You might be able to take a rubber mallet and lightly move things. Most likely the spring has worn out and you'll have to replace the hinge or get used to having that one funky door. Everybody has that one funky door. Edited October 30, 20187 yr by RPM
October 30, 20187 yr Author Yeah basically it won’t close flush. It keeps pushing back open about a quarter inch.
October 30, 20187 yr Try hardwaresource.com they have a form where you can send them a picture of your cabinet hinge and they will see if they have a replacement.
