April 12, 20223 yr I hate cheese on a burger. It detracts from the properly seasoned & medium cooked beef.

April 12, 20223 yr GM Steakhouse would gladly accept your extra dime for a cheeseburger hold the cheese.
April 12, 20223 yr I hate cheese on a burger. It detracts from the properly seasoned & medium cooked beef.I feel that way about bacon.
April 12, 20223 yr what the fuck is going on in here? the last burger I had was this weekend, at the Crown. Double cheeseburger add bacon. It was fucking glorious. Edited April 12, 20223 yr by Blotto
April 12, 20223 yr bacon is not my favorite add-on, but gotta have cheese. i'll take a fried egg or guac before i'd take bacon.

April 13, 20223 yr Bacon fucks up a good cheeseburger. Brat, my dad was the same way, didn’t want a cheeseburger, he wanted a hamburger.

April 19, 20223 yr I haven't been to Dirty's in a very long time, but I want to grab some for the family before it's too late. Anybody know how big the individual patties are? My daughter eats like a bird, my son eats like a horse. I'm thinking a single for her and a triple (or two doubles) for him, and doubles for everyone else? What are they, 3 oz per patty or something like that?
April 19, 20223 yr 1/4lb patties at Dirty’s triple would mess with the proper ratio but that’s just MO
May 4, 20223 yr Finally made it over to the brick and mortar Jewboy’s on Airport. That’s in the running for best burger in town.

May 18, 20223 yr They're really skimping on the fries. And did you have them hold everything on the burger? WTF, man? Edited May 18, 20223 yr by Deej

May 19, 20223 yr I still love Dirty's, but I went there last week and a large DH, a side of cheese tots and an iced tea with a 15% tip came out to $20. That's pretty fucking expensive for what you get.
May 23, 20223 yr BIL and I went to Willard's yesterday. It's a brewpub in Pflugerville. The beer was good, not great, but they have a "smashburger" trailer outside that served up a pretty mean double cheeseburger. Will return. No photos, I was too busy eating. Willard's
