Where’d you get that pistol?

At the gettin’ place.

I ain't got the money. What little I had is long gone, and there's bills aplenty to pay yet. I buried my mother today. Can't pay for that neither.

I wouldn't worry about it.

No sir, it's unusual.

It's not often you see a Mexican in a suit.

How'd you know it was my truck?

I deduced it, when you walked in.

There's a floor missing...

Every line in this film is quote worthy.

When he rode past, I seen he was carryin' fire in a horn the way people used to do, and I-I could see the horn from the light inside of it - about the color of the moon.

One of the best lines in the book was left out of the film:  Sheriff's secretary says "Mrs. [So and So] wants you to come get her cat out of a tree" Sheriff: "We don't find too many dead cats in trees."

I was watching some No County analysis youtube video the other day and they kept praising the brilliance of the Coens and talking about what they were saying by the choices they made on this or that.  One was why Brolin died off-screen and not even at the hands of the main bad guy.  And my thought was . . . because that's what happened in the book?  It's hard to believe this pseudo-intellectual stuff when it misses some basic stuff.
