Narrow escape? Do Siberian Tigers not know how to jump? My neighbors cat can jump over a 5 foot fence.

It's unusual the cat in the clip is acting that way.  It's loping stride makes it seem exhausted or not exactly in kill mode.  This non-zoomed version shows it running along the fence before what's shown in the insta clip.  link

Maybe it "knows" that farmer or has scouted the area at night.  I've been a few hours drive from that clip, and had no idea I was in tiger country.

They can jump.  Siberian that lives in a park (fat and lazy) catches bird.

Of course they can jump, I was joking.  Non-aggy tigers don't plow head first into a heavy metal 5' fence.

Wife found this little guy in the Walmart parking lot. It is the cutest fucking thing I’ve ever seen.

The probability of me flopping on a beach and taking a nap with a bunch of sea lions is very high. Especially if there's curious little sea puppers!

This is Koby. He was feeling pretty weird after surgery, but also pretty okay with it. 12/10
