November 14, 20187 yr The amount of Texas picks, particularly double digit margin picks, gives me real pause. Taking a step back from Surly groupthink is usually a good bet. This will absolutely be close, though lower scoring than the past few weeks. Defense continues to get key personnel back and is better equipped to defend ISU schematically than they are the WVUs and Techs of the world. That said, ISU is legit defensively and will get their share of stops by largely bottling up the run and forcing Texas into obvious passing situations on third down. I think Sam's INT-free streak ends this week, remarkable as it's been. Ultimately I do think Texas prevails after going to half with a decent lead thanks to the absence of Montgomery. Clones fight til the end and get close, but can't finish the job. Texas - 27 ISU - 24 Sent from my SM-G920V using Tapatalk
