I like the employee who just answers the phone like nothing happened lmao.

Cool.  No refund.  Vandalism charge.  Charges for destruction of property.  Real fucking intelligent.

Anybody catch what he was wanting to return and what the problem was?

Not thinking intelligence is his strong suit.

Saw that one too...

Who still goes to game stop?

Yeah, game stop is fucking notorious for not giving people money back, or giving you the shittier end of the deal.

FWIW, I had no idea GameStop created so much misery in the world. Is it the new Blockbuster?

Legit LOL at "thank you for calling Gamestop, this is Brian."

I feel for the Gamestop employee behind the counter.  I'm sure he wasn't intentionally calling the customer sir, over and over.  Outside of his mom, aunt, and grandmother, I bet he hasn't had four conversations with females in his life - and that Ma'am was scary as shit.

Hits close to home.  A couple of years ago I had a cashier check me out, and said "yes sir" or "no sir" while we spoke. I then realized I wasn't sure it was a sir and then wasn't sure it was a ma'am either, and even after this period of time I'm still not sure whether it was a man or a woman. It definitely taught me to be careful when talking to people.

If tens of thousands of free games streaming online didn't kill GameStop, the Vandal & the Tranny ain't bringing it down either.

Crack all the jokes you won't, GameStop ain't the way of Radio Shack & Blockbuster...they've got balls.

I hate when people don’t take their a headphone out to talk to someone.

The calm "Thank you for calling Gamestop, this is Brian" at the end had me laughing.
