March 27, 20187 yr Still playing, grinding out bandit camps is fun. I like doing the same in Far Cry, taking out the camps. With this game though, getting to a field with the bow and arrow to pick off two seems necessary before fighting on foot with the sward. Any tips on fighting 2 or more guys at once? I get absolutely whooped when taking on multiple assholes. Edited March 27, 20187 yr by SmokeyBear1861

March 27, 20187 yr Author I'm still "early on" for sure. I like the pace of the game how you are a complete bitch at the beginning. Really satisfying getting the skill level up to where you can survive against a guy with some armor. Also, the storyline really makes you hate the Cumans and Sir Markvart von Aulitz. Can't wait to end those fuckers.
March 28, 20187 yr I'm still playing as well. I'm waiting to attack the major camp northeast of Skalitz until I've leveled up some so have just been piddling around doing side missions. Has anyone gotten the treasure maps and looked for the treasure? Is it worth it? Also I still have not successfully picked a lock in this game, not that I try anymore.
May 8, 20187 yr Anyone else still playing this? I'm still playing and slowly making progress in the storyline. I only have time to play an hour or 2 a week though. Mostly I get sidetracked by killing bandits and then taking their shit back to town to sell.

November 2, 20187 yr Am I the only one that finished this game? It took me awhile since I didn't get to play very often. I loved the game, especially because of the time period. I hope they create a sequel.
November 7, 20187 yr I am going to go back to it this Christmas season. I got about 1/2 to 2/3 of the way through, and just got distracted
November 8, 20187 yr I’ve been playing it regularly for the last few weeks. I’m in no hurry to follow the main storyline until I get better at fighting. I’ve been clearing all bandit/cuman camps by sneaking in and stealth killing everyone. I just can’t seem to get the combo moves down when sword fighting. I love the game though. One of my favorite RPGs of all time right behind Witcher 3.
July 13, 20241 yr Picked it up for $8 on Steam during the sale. Steam got me with an impulse buy when I was checking out with Jedi Survivor. I was interested in this when it came out, but never got around to it. Good timing I guess with a sequel coming out. Just made it through the prologue/escape sequence.
July 19, 20241 yr This game is a revelation. I'm blown away by how immersive and well conceived it is. The combat has its flaws and quirks, but I appreciate that they attempted something deeper than braindead Bethesda button mashing. I've never felt so immersed in a game world than when I'm wandering through some woods hunting rabbits, or sneaking around a bandit camp at night. This is shaping up to be one of the best RPG's I've ever played.
February 5Feb 5 Sequel released today. I had never heard of this until something popped up on my youtube feed, but the reviews are really positive so far.
February 6Feb 6 I've been playing it, picks right off with the first one. Much the same, so it's fun, you know what you're in for.
