The T-90 is the successor to the T-72, no?  Saw some blurb about it and the analyst was going on and on about it's thermal sighting upgrades and how invaluable that will be to spotting Ukrainian positions in the winter.  And all I could think of was, "You know so much about Russian tanks, which is cool.  But you don't think the Ukrainians know they can be spotted easier in the winter?  They share the same fucking border, they're all fucking cold.  It's not like they invaded Nassau and all the Bahamians were like 'shit, I think they can see us!'     anyway, great to see the latest and greatest Russian armor eating shit and not taking names.  T-90 looks a heavier than usual fucker, hope the UA was at least able to grab what they could from inside.

And if they are softening up Zaporizhzhia Oblast as we speak, and if Ukraine's intel chief is saying that the biggest part of the offensive is in March....probably means they are going into Crimea later this month.

It feels like ages ago, but when they retook the Kharkiv area, were they softening up Kharkiv, because it felt like there was a major feint going on.

Hertling noting that they aren't "tanks", which could be a workaround to previous refusals to supply tanks. He also points out how they could be quite helpful for Ukrainians. Though if they want them for an upcoming offensive, they better get them moving.

42 "destroyed" HIMARS with:

42/38 = 110% - original assumed number supplied

42/20 = 210% - the correct number supplied

I think is the math being described.

So Prigozhin is creating large groups of former convicts who are going to be extremely loyal to him and who have seen combat, and they’ll be spread out around Russia.

^Looks like the Russians plan to attack civilian infrastructure is starting to have a limited impact as the temps drop.

By now we're presuming many of these fires are being set by spies and agents, correct?  Even in Russia you don't have this many accidents.

Pretty much, if not maybe mass Insurance fraud or hiding of corruption? About 2 weeks ago they supposedly found and killed a 4-man team of Ukrainians "deep behind enemy lines" which might be one of these teams running around causing chaos?

Surly members live six years less than the average American. They are universally heavy pot smokers and chronic alcoholics.  7 of 10 men in mobilization age eat regularly at Taco Cabana.   The number one cause of death is rage-induced aneurysms.

Good luck with middle-aged surlyhorns carrying his rusty weapon and heavy backpack in winter. I’m sure porn and alcohol withdrawal will go over well in the frozen trenches.

If Putin is trying to get a ceasefire going, it means he’s running low on ammo, which a lot of Russian chatter, including official Wagner channels, have been complaining about.  Or he’s worried about an offensive he sees building up and is trying to do something with Russian lines, but can’t as long as the Ukrainians are shooting.

I wouldn't rule out some kind of false flag. Hype up his base with reports of Ukrainians attacking during Christmas cease-fire.

This can’t be good for the Chechnya's in charge if they are political prisoners, those dude will come back and cause trouble at home which will be glorious

I've read your posts, and you're pretty informed. I'm guessing you know this, but in the interest of trying to be helpful if possible, Russian Orthodox celebrate Christmas January 7th.

USA should be delivering the Bradley’s to Ukraine on that day or announce it as a Christmas present

That’s the joke gif

The Ukraine-Russia schism has broadened to include things like the celebration of Christmas. As the Russian Orthodox Church has been a shill for Putin, Ukrainians have chosen to adopt the western calendar as a further means of expressing their non-Russianness.     I was suggesting a snarky Zelenskyy response.

He can stop shooting if he wants.  And we're gonna keep sending kickass American weaponry and Ukraine is gonna keep using it to kill Russians.
