if it was an American led air assault every fucking command and control station from the Finnish border to the Georgian border would have been wiped out simultaneously.   tomahawks from our subs in the Baltic, Mediterranean and maybe even from the Artic if they are clear of ice would launch.

and the Turkish air bases would have most likely had planes loaded and launched as well.

The one thing our military did ad nasuem due to the "defend a 2-front war policy" was the philosophy of:

Why buy one when you can get two at twice the price?"

we have more than double the amount of conventional missiles needed to basically wipe out every Russian base on the European continent, and the rest could take out the Asian continent ones as well.

I think they go NATO or take chinese bribes, I mean loans, and get deeper into Silk Road.

China acts erratic at times, especially when it comes to Taiwan, so is it worthwhile ditching one big brother who is turbofucking his economy over an unnecessary war for another brother who makes the same noises?  And with Iran to the South having its own issues...

NATO makes more sense financially, but they are cut off from them geographically.

The most beneficial angle of this is probably the symbolism of a South American country sending fighter jets to support Ukraine. Perhaps it can be seen by other countries as a way to build tighter economic and military ties to NATO and Western countries.

Argentina's President Javier Milei has approved a plan to send five Dassault Super-Étendard combat aircraft to Ukraine. This decision involves negotiating with France, the US, and NATO to bypass the British embargo preventing the use of these aircraft due to the Falklands War. The plan includes a potential swap with France, exchanging the Super Etendards for military equipment like drones or helicopters, with France handling the necessary upgrades to the aircraft.

This is excellent and very powerful. Once the broader population starts to suffer economically, you have the beginning of the end. A cataclysmic economic shift will soon signal approval of upheaval.

Russia is meddling in Moldova’s elections, Western allies have alleged.https://t.co/9fLARAxSNG

Quote

Moscow has engaged in hybrid operations to oust Moldova’s pro-EU government and to bring the Eastern European nation back into its orbit, a coalition of Western nations has alleged.

A statement released Thursday by Canada, the United Kingdom and the United States accused Russia of “seeking to undermine Moldovan democratic institutions in the leadup to the October presidential elections and a referendum on Moldova’s EU membership.”

The trio of countries accused the Kremlin of supporting opposition candidates standing against President Maia Sandu and of “agitating criticism of the incumbent Moldovan president’s government and political party, in order to incite protests.”

It’s also good for China to see what the US and EU can do economically to a country, and Russia relies on the West far, far less than China.

Send her and Albright.

The joke in Bosnia was this.

"So NATO Chiefs are standing around the Planning Table. What do we do with Serbia says the lead from England. Sanctions, says the Italian. In comes Albright and she asks, Generals, do we make love or do we make war?" NATO started bombing the Serbs that day.

Many of y'all probably already know this, but Sukhoi is responsible for the Su-57 AND they're working on the Su-75. Also, this is the second time they've had a fire this year. From Wikipedia (yeah, I know):

Sukhoi is also working on what is to be Russia's fifth-generation stealth fighter, the Sukhoi Su-57. The maiden flight took place on the 29 January 2010.

*****

In June 2023 patents for a new design of a single engine Su-75 stealth fighter were filed, given the codename checkmate the design work has taken 3 years and test aircraft are under construction.[19]

On 23 February 2024, smoke was seen emerging from a building located on the site of Sukhoi Design Bureau's headquarters in Moscow.

❗️ The Kh-101 missiles that Russia launched yesterday at Ukraine were modified that even when they are shot down, cluster munitions fall out and hit the target over a large area

The Kh-101 missiles that Russia launched yesterday at Ukraine were modified that even when they are shot down, cluster munitions fall out and hit the target over a large area — Defense Express military expert Ivan Kyrychevskyi.

According to the expert, if the warhead did not explode after the missile was shot down, it was believed that the target would no longer pose a threat, but now it can cause damage even after being shot down, because cluster submunitions fall out of it: "This also explains the paradox that everything was shot down, but then the wreckage caused a lot of damage because the debris had cluster munitions."

This is what Russia uses to target Ukraine's civilians. Terrorists and murderers.

Interview with the commander of the Bradley from that video where the Bradley and BTR pass by each other and the BTR is destroyed.

The Bradley sustained three hits, one of which disabled its targeting system, but it was able to return to Ukrainian lines on its own.

From the commander of the Bradley in the video, Viktor "praised the Bradley’s armor and the training he received from U.S. troops in Germany this year. He singled out the vehicle’s armaments, including guided missiles and its 25mm cannon, which can fire armor-piercing rounds about the size of a hot dog."
