I addressed all 31 NATO foreign ministers ahead of their informal meeting in Oslo. Three steps to make Vilnius summit a success:1) Strengthen Ukraine-NATO institutional ties and assistance2) Take a step toward UA membership3) Provide security guarantees on UA’s path to NATO.

Some claim it is an apartment building but this does not look like apartment building to me. This is obviously the administrative building belonging to the nearby city all.Coordinates:50°24'19.73"N, 36°52'48.53"E#Shebekino #Belgorod #Bilhorod #Russia #Ukraine— (((Tendar))) (@Tendar)

Yesterday's drone attack targeted not just Moscow - it was aimed at Rublevka, an elite real estate area in Moscow region where many of Russia's richest and most influential people reside - including Putin. Today, information appeared that yesterday, 30th May, Putin was likely…

Shebekino is in the Belgorod region. Nice to see this war getting taken to Russian soil. Limiting Ukraine to their own territory is absurd and a major help to Russia.

🫡 Freedom of #Russia Legion reported on the destruction of a self-propelled mortar "Tulip" and KamAZ with ammunition in the direction of #Shebekino.

Not familiar with this account so some skepticism is warranted.

So... Kids evacuation... This is Gorik. A kid. 💁‍♂️At 01:11 driver asked him if "there were people" to evacuate. Gorik confidently answered, "No". Seconds later, Gorik keeps talking about "people" on camera.So... what people if there are no people? 🤌
Internal Affairs of Shebekino announced the “Fortress” plan.Following the protocol, the "valiant" defenders of Putin's gang gathered in the administration building. We let them gather and "covered" them with GRAD. Thank locals and Gorik for the timely information! 🫡🧯🧑‍🚒
💁‍♂️🍿🔥It is reported that the Monocrystals Plant in Shebekino is on fire. It was producing military thermal vision systems.

I don't see any duct tape so they must have used epoxy. It should be good as new.

No bueno, though I will tell you not to look too closely at the bridges you drive on daily.  Turns out, they require maintenance, that we haven't been paying for, for nearly 40 to 50 years.  So there's that.

No.

Austin's overpasses are held up by a proprietary blend of crumbling concrete supports, bum piss, discarded tent poles, stolen grocery carts, and a specific odor found only in warm-climate homeless camps.  It's working so far.  I know this, because a consultant the city paid $479,000 to perform a "study" on the matter told me so.

Moscow feeling some heat

State Duma member Andrey Gurulyov, who recently said that those who panic during war time get shot on the spot, was hysterical on Vladimir Solovyov's show, as he raged: "Spies are everywhere! We don't know where these drones are coming from!"https://t.co/9wZus6tFpF

let me just tell you from experience here in Atlanta, don't store highly flammable fiber-optic material under the bridge next to where the crack heads freebase, it can end badly.

The Russian military's problems go beyond casualties and equipment losses. It faces two looming crises in retention and veteran PTSD and other disorders, when its soldiers are allowed to leave Ukraine. I explore this topic in my piece for @TheEconomist, linked in tweet below. /1

I wonder if those groups are from the outlying regions and border areas where Moscow’s reach is not as tight.

Also, I’d imagine it wouldn’t take much money to make border security look the other way, and it wouldn’t be hard to get it across the border.

This.

I can expend blood and treasure to fight and try to capture Russian gear.

OR....I can send a package of jewelry, cash, and iPhones to Captain Ivan Corruptski in exchange for him "re-deploying" his men to a different area, leaving the equipment behind.

If option 2 is available, you take it...every time.

I mean, you just happen to have soldiers trained to fly helicopters?  Those don't really grow on trees.  I can wrap my brain around how they seized some of this equipment, but just happening to also have soldiers trained on how to operate these complex systems?  This feels a lot more organized than a random "rebel" organization.

Yeah. The Legion may have some Nazi-types in them, but that's not certain as far as I can tell. Unlike the RVC, which is blatantly Neo-Nazi. I'd rather not see those guys with a bunch of attack choppers and tanks.

You’ve never watched an Arnold Schwarzenegger, Chuck Norris, or Sylvester Stallone action movie of the 1980s have you?  Just as most of Surly is a doctor or a lawyer, those action movies followed teams of soldiers where every other member was either a helicopter or fighter pilot or both.
