That's Jerry Garcia, second guitar from the right.  Festival Express, train trip across Canada in 1970 with Janis, the Band, and the Dead.  Great DVD.

I recently picked it up on vinyl after not listening to it for probably a decade.  Gave it a good start to finish listen.  Bra-fucking-vo!  What a ride!
