Sounds like it was not a subarachnoid bleed.

Probably not but 1/3rd of people with SAH make a full recovery. Typical signs would be (worst headache in your life, nausea and vomiting, stiff neck, sensitivity to light and blurred vision, and seizures).

Damn, get well soon

Where's Bert?

Get well man.  Stop reading the recruiting thread its stressing you out.

Well, it is a pretty decent sized intraparenchymal bleed (bright white area of the CT).

I thought that was an egg. Get well soon dude.

Came to the emergency room at 10 p.m. with symptoms of meningitis.

They did four draws of spinal fluid and all of them contained blood. So then they did cat-scan & found my brain was covered in blood. They're not letting me get up and walk around, which is pissing me off. Just had MRI done at 4 AM. That sucked.

I feel fine, and it's not like half my face doesn't work or I'm slurring words while sober. But any stupid posts I make from here on out will be blamed on this.

So what about when you get a boner ... does it go off to the side now? Asking for a friend.

Seriously tho, get better, man....

So, like my migraines. Wonderful. I'll never see it coming.

Get well soon...

And provide your insurance group number so these surly docs can get their taste

And lifestyle changes - no smoking, less drinking and sleep apnea therapy (if present).

I'm no surgeon but pretty sure that that's supposed to fill the whole braincase, not just a walnut

Thoughts and prayers for you and all of your family. If you need anything don't hesitate to ask the Surliansfor help.

Don’t get the Korean Dr,  just stepped foot into this country.  I went in for a Hernia, he ended up cutting my balls off.

I don't believe you, you told us your wife carry those around in her purse.

PS if you got them back from her how did you do it, asking for a friend.

I can't fap to that.

She's a Shameless fan. Tell her to call you Frank.

If he has “blood all over his brain” then it would be hemorrhagic.

So Ebola?  Good luck, BV.

That's good news. The nurse part too. Hopefully this is one of those stories where they find a treatable underlying condition and it ultimately saves your life. But damn, scary stuff.

Well, technically speaking, it is a tumah.  Only,

Damn, BV, get better.  Was your blood pressure through the roof?

[And that's an MR, not a CT, dammit.]

Heck, it took two pages to get to some hot nurse pics (links, but close enough and hot enough).   We will see what the morning shift brings in.

I have ordered Sentof Nard Noint Oil for nurse to consumcrate your brains. Bless you man, get better soon.

I asked for pictures of her butthole, but I'm selfish like that

I made the assumption Beau Vine would send us plenty of those pics.

"Hey nurse karen, it's been at least 24 hours since I had my last stroke. Can you give me a hand?"

With all that blood loss it may have withered on the Vine.
